We stayed here as a family of 4 (kids aged 6 and 8) in late June. Kids loved the pool and were the right age to enjoy the Mini Club activities. Pool area was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and room had good air con. Spa was an added bonus. We were full board and loved the breakfast and dinner. Drinks were priced very reasonably. Gym had everything we needed although it’s looking a little tired. Very close to a fantastic beach and walking distance to the water park. We had a fantastic stay.

Nice hotel. Swimming pool outside didn't have the water slides and the water jets operating. Perhaps out of sezon even though it was at the end of May. The swimming pool inside and the spa were nice.

I booked a short break here with my daughter & we weren’t disappointed. From arrival until departure, the staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel is luxurious & all areas very clean . We had an amazing large , family sea view room , which was immaculate. So spacious , with everything you would need provided , eg robes , toiletries , fridge , hairdryer, water , kettle etc
The pool areas were very quiet , but that was fine & pool too cold for us to use in May . The indoor spa was lovely & well worth a visit . The restaurant serving breakfast & dinner , was also well stocked with a variety of different foods , again staff very helpful, plates cleared quickly & all areas clean . La Pineda has a beautiful beach & the area was pretty low key . There’s a selection of shops , bars , restaurants within easy walking distance
Honestly our short break couldn’t have gone better …very grateful for the sunshine! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us. We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay.

Staff were helpful dionne, igor and christian were amazing so helpful.
Food at breakfast was adequate they had eggs cooked infront of you choice of fried or omellete with different fillings. Pastries were nice aswell. Fresh juices were available also.
Choice of pools outside dod not use them as water was freezing!
Indoor pool and spa was the highlight of our stay be warned it was not communicated to us whilst there there is a charge for unreturned blue spa towels €15 per towel!!! Return them to staff and make sure they register it on your room key

Overall good, clean, nice indoor pool, decent gym, good breakfast, easy access to the beach was handy. I would only say for vegetations, whilst there are some dishes, the staff didn't speak much English so difficult to know what is vegetarian and what isn't, as the food wasn't labelled, and items that ordinarily wouldn't have meat or fish, did. Also, whilst full board doesn't include drinks, they wouldn't even provide tap water.

The customer service level and the cleanness are very poor for this price and for a hotel with 5 stars.
The room was dirty, dusty and had a few hair from the previous guests.
The elevators didn't work properly, were out of service sometimes.
The restaurant ran out of lactose-free milk so I could not drink any coffee.
We had to wait 25 minutes for a mineral water at the pool bar.
Overall the service and cleanness does not meet the standards of a 5star hotel in my opinion.

The balcony has never been cleaned. All the pools are closed (in the middle of May), which I didn’t expect. The SPA is terrible (the sauna is not hot enough, and the water jets in the pools are not strong). The food choice at the restaurant is very limited. Additionally, they took a €100 deposit and never refunded it, and my emails are being ignored, I’ll wait for a bit longer but I’m planning to open charge back case with my bank. I will never come back!

It could have been great except for the fact that: most of the facilities where closed, things like trying to find salt or pepper etc at breakfast was a mystery and nobody seemed to know where to look. When they cleaned the room they took the towels and did not replace them or the water and the reception was not very responsive, I think I got service on the 5th try. And just to sum up the general sense of confusion the elevator controls seemed to be from another dimension and totally illogical.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, clean, lovely staff especially those in the restaurant and poolside bar. Their service impeccable. Pools are great. Didn’t really see the point of the Spa, maybe it’s a novelty in Europe but really just a couple of jacuzzi’s, indoor pool and sauna. Only used once. Rooms lovely and spacious. Could do with more things to do of an evening is my advice. There is The Lotus Bar but nothing going on really there. In the restaurant the only down side is the griddle where the meat/ fish is cooked. SO slow, always had to que, they should fill the griddle but they don’t they ask each person one at a time what they would like as they get to the front of the que and then cook it, however the food is delicious. Aside from that I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. More a four star, not a five star.

The swimming pool area was good for kids. Parts of the room looked tired, particularly the carpets. The staff in the restaurant could be a bit frosty at times. Overall a good hotel but perhaps falling just short of the five star rating.

Had a great time. Very nice hotel. We will come back the food in breakfast and dinner was lovely and fresh however I Would not recommend bar food!!!ordered a club sandwich one day and coke €15.50 the sandwich was barley edible lettuce was brown and tomato on bread made it wet. It was like it was sitting somewhere for days best to walk down street if hungry before dinner.
