The location is very convenient for tourist purposes. The staff is helpful and welcoming.

We arrived atound 17:30 on a busy Saturday night. We had received confirmation of our booking earlier in the day and also completed the online check in. On arrival we were told that there was actually no room available. We had just completed a 22KM stage of a Pilgrim walk and we were exhausted. The reception members said the only thing they could do was offer us aroom in another hotel at 100 euros more. We were not offered any refreshments and no genuine explanation of how they could allow us to check in on line when there was no room available. We stayed in the reception area for two hours trying to organise a nearby room at a similar price . The manager of the hotel was only available by telephone and he was very unhelpful. The irony of the situation is that the hotel dispays a notice in reception that they are supportive of pilgrims. Naturally being exhausted, two females [ 65 and 71 ] we were very concerned about having nowhere to stay. We became upset and the reception staff told us to leave or they would call the police.

Arrived early and able to leave luggage safely. When we returned, check in was straightforward. Room was absolutely spotless. Staff excellent. The hotel is minutes from the Cathedral area which hold the bars and restaurants and the Glorietta Car Park with whom it has a discount arrangement. Didn't eat in so no idea on restaurant. All in all excellent.

The rooms would benefit with a kettle so you can make tea/coffee. Therte is a fridge in the room. Walls are very thin could here neighbours next door. Good location quite central to everything.

This hotel was lovely, room was large and modern (although we should have had a twin room but got a double instead). Breakfast was nice, lots of variety including yoghurts, specialty desserts and a great selection of hot and cold options. We recommend parking at the nearby garage called Aparcamurcia Veronicas instead of where the hotel suggests as it was only 9 Euro for 24 hours instead of 22.

Room was very clean. Staff were great, particularly the receptionist.

Friendly staff nice hotel

Room was comfy and clean, all utilities expected inc hairdryer, tea/coffee and complimentary 2 bottles of water in fridge. Shower was good and beds comfortable. Check in/out was efficient and receptionists polite as well as speaking fluent English. Our only real gripes were concerning the situation of the room, on the 5th floor and facing the front of the building, in the early hours of each night we stayed a bottle collecting lorry worked its way slowly down the street. It came back a second time later as well. There was also some sort of party going on the second night and we were kept awake by people shouting at the top of their voices at 1.30am. We had the windows open not wanting to use the A/C at night but even closed we could hear everything. There's an annoying light (possibly smoke detector) that flashes in the ceiling the whole night as well - rather irritating and distracting! A shame, it is a very well situated hotel to get around the city, no doubt a different room not facing the street would have made a huge difference to us.

Staff extremely helpful

Close to all the bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and would certainly stay here again.

Great location Comfortable hotel. Staff helpful. Breakfast is OK but not amazing Room was a decent size and well equipped. Shower worked fine but was a bit small.

Hotel is located in the old town a few minutes walk from the Cathedral Room was spacious and well equipped Staff at hotel are friendly and professional Lots of bars and restaurants close by Train and bus station is 10 minutes walk away
