A wonderful hotel with amazing staff. A very short walk to the beach & into main part of town. Food options are many & varied. Always very tasty. Have been several times before & will again. Perfect hotel.

Jättebra frukost och service och mycket att välja på. Jättebra städning i rum. Fin pool men lite kall på morgonen. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Det som var dåligt var att jag fick betala fullt för två rum med frukost för fyra trots att vi bara var 3 personer.

Lovely relaxing stay. Rooms are bright and modern. Standard of cleaning throughout is very high. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Restaurant opening times are very reasonable and I liked the open seating. Every member of staff, I encountered was efficient and friendly. There is a disco and late night bar in the vicinity of the hotel, but was not troubled by noise. Will stay again.

Clean and spacious rooms. Big balcony with sea view. Courteous staff.Good location. This review is for Hipotels Cala Millor, a nearby sister property that I was offered since Hiptels Said was closed due to Covid. Would definitely recommend!

We actually got upgraded and moved to Hipocampo palace (which was a few mins drive in a taxi that the hotel paid for). It was a beautiful hotel, food was good. We had a 3 year old with us and food was accommodating for kids too. Very clean and lovely staff.

great 3 days get away. perfect location.

Walking distance to one of the best beaches in the island, Cala Mallor. The hotel is well located, spacious room, the best breakfast and dinner selections, great service, awesome shows, big pool and just overall worth every money spent! Will definitely be back!!

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff and delicious food. Lovely location close to the beach and shops. We keep coming back to Hotel Said as the welcome we receive is always warm and the service first class.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff who actually care that you are enjoying your stay. The hotel is clean throughout, food was good as well.

Whilst the hotel, staff and food were really lovely, it was a bit too sedated for our needs. Perhaps it was the time of year but the age range of guests had to be 70 upwards. Hence no music around the pool or in the bar etc. On speaking and interacting with some of the older guests, they themselves commented that when the entertainment was not on, it was like a morgue. Older people enjoy music in the background too!! You just need to be selective of the style of music. Concerned we may upset the older guests we tried to behave and took our party atmosphere elsewhere. However when we did allow.some fun in the bar, some of the older guests thanked us and commented it was the most fun they had had all week. Getting older does not mean people lose their sense of fun. After all we are all 21.in our heads! Remember older people come on holiday to enjoy themselves too. If they want to sit quietly in a chair, I expect they would just stay home. Having music etc going on I would imagine would make their weeks stay different and more enjoyable, and not just swapping one armchair for another. Other than that the outdoor pool was freezing, which is most definitely not recommended for the elderly, and the indoor pool could have been warmer/a comfortable temperature. The air con was not on making sleeping difficult and the Turkish bath was not in operation which was very disappointing. All inclusive was NOT all inclusive. However the staff were fabulous and the restaurant was amazing

Great hotel, handy location and excellent staff. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Early in the season so a slower pace to activities and entertainment.

From arrival, my daughter and I felt welcomed. The staff were professional and helpful; thank you Rocia. Our three day break felt more like a week of rest because of the 'nothing was too much trouble' attitude of the staff. I have already recommended the hotel to friends and family.

We have stayed here on many occasions and will keep choosing hotel Said again in the future. Excellent service, superb food and great staff who are polite, professional and willing to help. Everyone from the reception, housekeeping and bar staff should be commended for the great service they provide to guests!

Excellent hotel with amazing food

This is a lovely immaculate hotel, we stayed B&B and the breakfast was superb with a massive variety. Hotel is in a great location 2 streets back from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful we would recommend this hotel for couples or families. Rooms have a great view of the pool and sea.

Great Hotel, close to the beach and all amenities.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, plenty of sun beds, room was very clean and was cleaned every day, the rooms were a little outdated in the main block but more than adequate. The position of the hotel for shops, restaurants and bars was spot on. The only issue was the disco bar visible from the balcony, you don't hear the music but noises early in the morning but I am a light sleeper. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
