great hotel, great staff, great area that was close to dining, shopping and train system

Very good for the value, nice area near the hotel Rambla de poblenou and two metro station to go everywhere .The staff is amazing. Not the best area in Barcelona but plenty of options to move around the city.

The staff was really helpful and brrakfast was very inclusive with clear allergy instructions e.g. gluten free. Reception desk person was very respectful and hospitable.

We had worst experience for a property that high priced in a good location. The parking is a huge nightmare. Our water in the washroom stopped randomly, parking elevator stopped working, no safe in rooms or iron. The breakfast was really low quality and the overall service is horrible. This is truly an express hotel if that meant not caring for guests. The parking particularly with a nightly charge is a complete nightmare. You can’t fit any car inside - even the exit from parking is impossible.

Paid parking but parking is extremely tight, after parking the car not enough space to get out of the car, had to come out of the trunk. Rooms area can barely fit in one double bed and one sofa kam bed. Rooms are smelly, we almost paid $400 a night it’s not even worth of $100. Didn’t expect to have that bad experience. Air conditioning was not functioning as it should

Great location right by the Rambla Poble Nou, easy walk to the beach and tons of restaurants, shopping around.

We checked in early, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was tasty. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent breakfast buffet, accessible internet for free, room is clean but small for our family due to availability, nearby metro station and taxis available in front of the hotel, approximately 5 miles to cruise terminal. Helpful staff.

Sadly due to flight delays etc, we had a very short stay. However, we arrived at around 2.30 am local time. The receptionist was very friendly, speaking English to a very tired English family without a second thought (don't think we don't appreciate it!). Check in was quick and efficient. The room was perfectly adequate and set up for us. Clean, modern and very serviceable. Room was quiet enough for sure. The only real downside was that the view was nothing special but... Fair enough. It was a "cheap and cheerful" stopover. We didn't book a view. Breakfast was great, more friendly and helpful staff. Lots of clearly labelled food so that my gluten allergy didn't feel like a problem. Managed to leave our luggage for a while at no extra cost. Hotel is quite well situated. I'd definitely consider using this hotel again. Nice work. Thanks for a nice (albeit short) stay.

The cockroache inside the room was definitely not on our vacation list! Bfast is nice…walkable to beach.

Second time in this hotel and it is a great option, within walking distance from the Ramblas, many dining options and close to the subway. The staff is really nice and breakfast, although not fancy, has good variety and a good size room, so even in a crowded season, you can find a place to sit. It only does not get a 5 star review as the option for 4 people is, in fact, using a bed and a sleeper sofa. The rooms are small (normal), but, while they can fit 4, they don’t allow for the most comfortable sleep. I’d recommend booking two rooms next time.
