Clean, quiet and spacious room. At the heart of the old town, central market and Valencia cathedral both 5 mins walk away. Easy checked in with a code for the front door and room. Highly recommended.

Struttura molto molto datata, le camere sono da una stella, non c’è reception, quindi nessun servizio o assistenza in caso di necessità. All’ingresso ci sono degli armadietti per depositare i bagagli A PAGAMENTO quando potrebbero essere gratuiti per gli ospiti dato che tutte le strutture offrono questo servizio, e funzionano solo con una moneta da 2 Euro, sebbene ci sia scritto non è comunque molto chiaro ma fate attenzione a questa cosa perche noi abbiamo buttato 6 euro inserendo il medesimo importo ma a monete da 1 euro pensando fosse la stessa cosa. L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione anche se si trova in un vicolo molto buio di sera con un odore molto sgradevole di immondizia e pipí. Non alloggerei nuovamente in questa struttura

Clean room, great location. The only issue I had which was not solved was the EXTREMELY slow speed of the internet connection

The location, directly in the old town of Valencia, is ideal to discover the city. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The hotel is in a small alley, which isn`t nice. During daylight the sign of the hotel is hardly recognisable. The entrance looks uninviting. Check-in works via email or WhatsApp. The reception is only open for a few hours in the morning. Our room was quite small. Just enough space for a 140cm wide bed and a little desk. But the bathroom was super roomy instead. First we were a bit dissapointed but in the end we liked the location and the facilities were clean. Also the interactive check-in and check-out was working well.

The location is superb. Almost perfect. The modern check in using a code sent by WhatsApp was super convenient and easy to use. I did not see any check in staff as there are none. The entry into the property and room was seamless. A great place to stay.

Great location. Loved hearing the the street performer’s music through the window in the evening.

Great location in a quiet area, however very close to everything Barcelona had to offer.

The hotel is located off a main shoppi g street, which was a lot less busy and less well lit making it appear sketchy but once inside it was a great little hotel. Excellent location for all old town stops. Friendly service. Really clean room. All around a really great choice for our stay in Valencia

Excellent host/manager of property...cleaned everyday...we where on top floor Penthouse 1.....very quiet....lovely comfortable bed...location Excellent around a quiet corner next to cathedral square in the old town.....highly recommend 👌

Unfortunately if I'd have realised earlier that this was a "let yourself in" accommodation I wouldn't have booked it. I find it very impersonal and quite un-nerving especially when in a foreign country. I go on holiday to get away from the administration and stress of my job and it felt like I was doing someone else's job for them. Check-in required you to agree to terms and we were requested to send photos of our ID's by email which I was very unhappy about. In this day and age protecting your personal information is a priority and sending information by email is hardly secure. That said the accommodation was very nice, in a quiet enough back street and very central to the main attractions. Valencia is an amazing city with lots to see and do but I'll be looking for a more personal touch the next time I book an accommodation. It tainted the whole holiday experience.

Good clean room, a bit small but overall a good deal for the price. Large bathroom was nice. Great location to walk just about anywhere scenic.

Booked only because it’s located in the old town. Building is old, facilities out dated, ceiling so low, not clean enough.. Open the bathroom window you’ll see the next building being demolished or abandoned.. Not worth the money I’d say. Staff only available online, and they even charge 2 euro to deposit luggage if you arrive earlier.

This accommodation was perfect for us. Location is so central. Everywhere is walkable. The place was so clean and so spacious. Highly recommend booking this accomodation.
