Very good location, within a block of Gran Via and close to 3 metro stations. The street where it is located is relatively quiet compared to others near it, where you find plenty of commerce and dining. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

The host, Javie, was such a delight! He was friendly and met us when we checked in. The room was very clean and quite since we had the inner room. The location is perfect. Near metro and all the popular tourist sites. Also, the price was perfect for what you get. I highly recommend this place if you are on a budget and want a nice place. Thank you again Javie!!!

The precise and personal service was rare and outstanding. Facilities are great, location super convenient and wonderful so one has to put up with some noise and busy-ness. But the easy, no fuss approach made my stay so very pleasant. The service is amongst the best I've had and for a modest establishment, this says alot.
