Not clean, noisy and no English

Not so good…no elevator nor no air conditioner.

El hotel muy muy limpio, las habitaciones huelen muy bien y todo está impecable, no noté que no tenía baño privado pero los baños compartidos en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y apariencia, lo terrible es que no tiene ascensor y tuvimos que subir y bajar 5 pisos por las escaleras con las maletas. La atención del personal es excelente. Pasamos muy buena noche.

Hello, i’m writing to let you know that my first experience as a Hotels.com member staying at the hostel that my guest and I stayed at last night was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the receptionist began arguing with me and demanding that I give her a region in Italy where I lived because I showed her my Italian residence card, even though I received it due to my parents being citizens of Italy. I have never lived in Italy and she did not seem to understand that and continued arguing with me, and she even threatened to call the police because I was not able to provide a region in Italy to her. Apart from that, we reached our room and the ceiling fan did not work, so we spent the night sweating as a result and with a very poor quality of sleep. Today we are not at all well rested because of this. And to make matters worse, the shared restroom was covered in urine all over the floor. It was very unhygienic, and simply put, just gross. For this reason, neither my guest nor I dared to take a shower. The walls were also extremely thin between rooms to the extent that you could literally hear quiet conversations next door, and in the morning at 5 AM we were awakened by someone playing loud music in the room next to us. Just a terrible experience overall and it’s saddened to me that this was my first experience booking through Hotels.com. One of my friends recommended you and I decided to give it a shot, but was very much let down, as you can see.

Second time staying there. Very close to 3 meteo lines and easy to get to and from the airport. They dont have elevators...

Hostel is comfortable but fair warning the workers do not speak any English and will be loudly cleaning for pretty much the whole morning which sucks if you are jet lagged. Beds were comfy and clean and it’s like a 3 minute walk from the red line. Area is very loud in the morning.

In a good location close to many restaurants and attractions. The rooms are not sound proofed and no hot water is available. Good for a inexpensive staff.

the owner was nice but the staff were awful and rude. there is no help if you are struggling and a lack of understanding.

This is a great location for what I needed to do on this trip. I prefer simple rooms without the fluff. This gave me just what I needed at a great price.

I don’t even know were to start… we got there and it was smelly and our bedsheets were dirty. When we went to sleep we realized that the bed was broken and we slept completely sunk. After complaining, they said they would look into it for the second night. I knew they were not gonna action anything so I complained to Expedia and eventually we got a new room. Same problem with the bed. They also charged us 4€ to leave our luggage. Just avoid

No Elevator I carried the two bags through 4 sets of high stairs to reach a miserable room rented for $150 a night

Basic hostel, nothing amazing, comfy beds, fans, good showers and bathrooms. Kind of a hole in the wall, supermarket and good food places in walking distance. staff are welcoming and you get what you pay for. only down is smokers, people were smoking in the shared bathroom and stunk the whole floor.

The staff and service was terrible, they were very rude and unprofessional.

The check in was confusing because the listed address was different than the check in location. Instructions posted on the door were written in confusing English but after 10 minutes I grabbed a clue and found the office. Excellent location. There a dozens of food shops and two supermarkets close by. The Cuatro Caminos metro station is less than 5 mins walk and bus stop for #3 Route is about 200m away and will take you to the city center. Be advised there is no elevator and the rooms are several floors above so this property may not be suitable for persons with mobility problems.

Rooms, bathroom and halls, all were impecably clean. The rooms was nice and comfortable. Nice staff. Location was good as well, close to shops and public transportation.

Super nice staff. Room nice, cozy, and very clean. Bathroom impecably clean. Loved staying there. I will do it again in my next trip. Highly recommended!
