Location, Room and amenities

Firstly, the location was excellent- just a 5 minute walk from some fantastic tapas bars and the cathedral. It was a quiet place to stay and, at night, we all got a great night’s sleep away from traffic noise. The room was clean- towels and bed linen were fresh and good quality and the room was cleaned daily. The pool was a nice addition as was the 20 euro bar credit which allowed us to have a cocktail for free on the roof terrace- a nice touch. The breakfast was not a buffet as we’d anticipated and, although nice, it was very much the same every day and a bit limited. We much prefer to choose what we like according to our appetite/mood. The staff, whilst polite, were quite indifferent- it took two requests for them to provide a gown and slippers for our son. The room was okay but considering it was a suite and quite expensive, it was a little underwhelming and small. Overall, a comfortable stay but not one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. If you’re looking a convenient base with a breakfast then this hotel is great but if you’re wanting something a little special then you might have to look elsewhere.

This hotel was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable and clean . Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was wonderful and menu changed everyday .

Lovely hotel in central Seville. Beautifully decorated and looked after. Helpful and pleasant staff. Air con was appreciated at 30 degrees in late October! Relaxed breakfast and convenient area to stay in. Everything easily walkable from the hotel.

Great location. Quiet. Elegant.

Excellent hotel in a great location near to the centre of Seville, only a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace. Nice pool on the roof (small but warm!) with a bar and jacuzzi. Very chilled and private. Room was luxurious and very well appointed. Great place to stay. We got an Uber from the airport for £25 through some incredibly windy and small roads to the door. Didn’t eat in as there are lots of great restaurants nearby on the way into town.

My favorite Hotel I've ever stayed at. A wonderful place

Bath was not the cleanest, Water stains on walls, Shower door and toilet seat had impressions on walls. The most disgusting iron was brought to my room, had to ask for a clean one, all they had was a travel iron with a tiny board with no place to put it. Room was not big but was told it is superior. Sink was clogged. Didn’t replace the powdered coffee and creamer after first day. The door did not close unless you pulled or pushed REALLY HARD. Next door to a few very nice hotels that are cheaper.

The hotel is beautiful and charming. The staff are always kind and helpful. They even helped me fix my suitcase!! Laundry service was convenient and fast. Room was fantastic, spacious, very comfortable, and lots of closet space. The upstairs pool, jacuzzi, and bar were a real bonus with a view of the picturesque cathedral. We used them every day to cool down and relax after a long day of walking and the Sevilla heat. They are small but perfect and no one was ever there with us. (Mid October) Location was really perfect. Walkable to all the great sights and restaurants right down the street. Wonderful intimate flamenco spot around the corner! Id gladly stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in excellent location. Very comfortable beds, quiet A/C and great roof terrace with beautiful views. Public parking nearby.
