El hotel está muy céntrico, puedes acceder a el caminando, tienes restaurantes, tiendas y zonas turísticas muy cerca. A 10min de la playa las teresitas en autobús, a 5min a pie del mercado nuestra señora de África. El hotel bastante limpio, la habitación bastante amplia. pensaba que no iba a tener limpieza en la habitación pero resultó que si. Tiene una neverita pequeña para colocar cositas de refrigeración, agua caliente, cama super cómoda con almohadas cómodas también.

Das Hotel ist alt und heruntergekommen. Die Möbel sind stark abgenutzt. Laut und sehr hellhörig. Den Schlüssel muss man immer an der Rezeption abgeben jeder könnte kommen und ihn nehmen / abholen. Sehr unsicher

Just stayed one night before getting airport bus. Great central location & had room overlooking a courtyard so quiet at night. Desk staffed 24/7. Room clean & comfortable with ceiling fan & fridge. But no hair dryer & only 1 big & 1 small towel in a double room ( booked for 2) and no breakfast available ( although I think they would deliver something to your room).

Nightmare started when I saw Cockroaches, first in the bathroom under toilet paper, then in the bedroom. Large and small. Old and dirty beds.

I like the fact that Santa Cruz is a real city where local people live and work and go to school, and not only for tourists; a good mix. I wanted to iron a shirt and was surprised to learn that they did not have a single iron anywhere in the hotel.

As advertised, the 8th floor apartment was clean and spacious with an incredible view from the large windows and the corner balcony. The four of us slept well in the queen bed and 2 single beds that we requested. The staff was especially helpful in assisting us with checking-in later than we had anticipated.

Part of our stay I was on my own (husband in hospital) and I felt very comfortable and safe here. Everyone very friendly. Although furniture was very tired and on the small side it was very clean and the water always very hot. The fan on the ceiling hardly made a change as not much air gets into the room, an air conditioning unit would be perfect. But, for the price we paid we couldn’t really complain.
