Lovely hotel. Room was very spacious. The food was lovely too. The restaurant was flooded due to torrential rain but the staff were amazing and worked hard together to get the place cleaned up and ready for the evening meals. A huge pat on the back to the staff.

Good hotel in the centre of Salou, 100m from the main beach. Furniture is rather old, but it has good restaurant serving delicious food. It is rather 3 stars than 4 stars hotel.

Overall the best thing about this hotel was location 5 mins walk to the beach , bus stops to two 5 and 7 mins away.Hotel and rooms were very Clean and modern look .Food was ok a good vararity every day but lacked a favavour , more catered for north European not for international taste.Was 4star rated.

Our room had a pool view which was very spacious and a good sized balcony, the hotel is kept very clean and tidy, the food was ok some nights were better than others pity it wasn’t served hotter but we used the microwave to heat it up

Very central and clean, able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes.Lovely and quiet and comfy beds. Breakfast and evening meal had a good 2 and a half hour window in which you could eat at any time, no booking just go in when you were ready. Nice food,slightly cold but there was a microwave to heat it up if you wanted to. Most things were labelled but we were never sure which things were Ok for a vegetarian, so that might have helped.

We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2018; our only reason for visiting Salou was to go to PortAventura & Ferrari Land which were easily in walking distance of the hotel. We wanted an apartment so that we could prepare our own food ahead of or after long days out. The apartment was lovely & spacious but had no sharp knife, chopping board or cleaning utensils. Not massive issues but a bit of a nuisance that we had to buy cleaning items to only use them twice, also we had to use a bathroom towel to dry kitchen items. However, the hotel was lovely and clean, staff were friendly & a supermarket is right opposite the entrance.

We are just back after a week in your hotel... The Hotel itself was lovely, Spotless, Cleaning staff excellent, Bar Staff could do with some customer service training , very central , 5 mins walk to beach, The pool area was lovely plenty of sun loungers and again spotless. The only disappointing thing was the food, buffet style but most hot dishes were cold, fresh fruit look like it had been out on show for 2 days .

The hotel was very clean and comfortable beds. Good size room. Great pool and sunbathing area. Food was okay. Standard buffet that was usually Luke warm but there were microwaves. My main gripe was the “vegetarian dishes” which had meat in or was made with fish stock.
