Great rooms and great staff. Beds were comfortable. I could not get air conditioning to work, but it was cold enough to open the window. We also ate at the restaurant and it was hot and miss.

The front desk staff were very attentive at all times. The hotel was clean and very nice inside. However, my rating is based on the room service, as the room was somewhat dirty. I also lost an item and, without making a direct accusation, it is concerning that it disappeared along with the envelope it was in. I hope the hotel is more careful when hiring housekeeping staff. Other than that, the quality and price match the description.

The hotel offers nothing, even not waters, despite a big and relatively nice entry hall. Caution: Finding dinner would be challenging before 8pm.

The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues. I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this day. There was no alternative solution or compensation offered. I was not happy with this stay.
