The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed if left in bathroom. You could have beach towels with a deposit which could be changed every other day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All the staff were good and friendly very enjoyable stay

Staff were very friendly throughout making us feel welcomed. Hotel is in the perfect location to explore old town and the beach with a short walk to both. Room was perfect for the short stay and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice to set you up for the day….. Overall great hotel, location and couldn’t have asked for more

My 5th visit for short stays to Diplomatic and I love it. I live in Moraira but like to take visitors to spend a few days in Benidorm most years. I always recommend the Diplomatic to family and friends and nobody has ever been dissapointed. All enjoy Benidorm Palace which forms part of our stay.
