Iberostar Selection Albufera Park - All Inclusive

The property was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All areas were freshly renovated and maintained. The suites were spacious and all the details felt luxurious. Staff couldn’t be more friendly if they tried! Warm and kind, at every interaction. Special shoutout to Angela at reception and Adrian coordinating the entertainment programme. The food was fresh and interesting, the drinks well made and the vibe was fun. The only small jiggle was not having an iron in the room and having to make a complicated trip to reception, pay a deposit and lug the iron and ironing board back to the room ourselves. Also the prices for renting a padel court were more than advertised on the app. Other than that it was a perfect break. We’d happily go there again.

Went with my family for 4 days, when I wanted to make a reservation in the restaurants of the resort, they told me that I have to make a reservation 7 days prior to the date, and that reservation has to be once you have checked in to the hotel. So, physically and logically IMPOSSIBLE. We had to get food only at the buffet, which was terribly, bad quality and very few options to eat. Don’t recommend to any family to spend time there, my 6 and 10 years kids didn’t enjoyed it, needless to say, my wife and myself were really disappointed.

Great family hotel - perfect for my two year old son. Facilities are excellent, lots of room in the pool(s), slides, beach access. Room was spacious, clean and 2 entrances to the balcony which meant we could sit out when my son was asleep. Food was good too - only issue is that the themed restaurants are booking only. We stayed for 5 nights and the restaurants were all booked up before we arrived! Luckily the staff were able to squeeze us in a couple of times which we really appreciated. It’s not advertised that these are bookable only and you may not get to eat in them (eg Greek/mexican/steakhouse) but other than that, lovely trip and will be back.

Great hotel for family breaks. National park and beach are great and there are plenty of activities for the kids.

Great facilities, fantastic food and a friendly staff.

It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays. We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too. The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so we hired a car and we’re very glad we did. Free easy parking right outside the hotel. Would recommend and return in the future when our children are a bit older so that they can try different activities next time. Thank you to all of the staff - housekeeping, service staff, reception, kids clubs, entertainment - everyone looks like they enjoy working there and make it a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel - the best we have ever been to. Great service and very friendly and polite staff. Amazing entertainment, lovely pools and excellent access to the beach! And where do I start with the food - you will be spoiled for choice and all food is seriously delicious!

Our family of 4 went and it was the perfect vacation. Kids absolutely loved all of the playgrounds and kids friendly activities. So clean and great staff.

We came to Albufera Park with my 3 year old son for some autumn sun and we were really impressed with the hotel. I should start by saying this is a family hotel and it does that brilliantly, if you do not have children I probably wouldn’t recommend. The recent renovation means the whole place is really smart and the cleaners do a fantastic job of keeping up with everything, it was spotless. The food and drinks were varied and plentiful. I am a vegetarian and my son has a dairy allergy. Both were catered for although I must call out that the food labels (which had allergens on) were often on the wrong foods, as long as you are aware of that and check the food yourself it’s fine. The entertainment schedule is also really varied and includes fitness classes, evening shows, bands from outside the hotel, and even things like cocktail classes and Spanish fan making which my son really enjoyed! The kids club looked great but my son was too young, I’m sure they would have welcomed him but he’s happy in the sand of the beautiful beach that the hotel has direct access to. The other point to celebrate is the fact the hotel is doing a lot to be eco friendly, and not just shouting about it. No single use plastics, refillable cups when glass isn’t appropriate, and I love that the room key was a tag on our bracelets. All standard drinks are self service which we found really convenient and efficient but you can also go to the bar for a finer drink such as cocktails. Loved it.

Great property on the east coast of the island, fantastic staff, good dining options, grocery store nearby (3 minute walk), EV charging stations, mini water park for kids (basic skids and fountains), beautiful views of the sea, nicely landscaped and maintained, rooftop pool and observation deck, multiple bars, air conditioned lounge with huge TV and tons of great seating options, fabulous entertainment team (dancing, singing, film/light projections) with a great message about saving the environment ❤️

The hotel is finished with excellent quality materials, the food surpassed my expectations and the entertainment was fun too. Everything was made very easy for guests and the staff were very welcoming, especially to my loud, energetic 8 and 6 year old boys. The star however was the beach, playa de muro is perfect for letting kids play in the sea for hours on end.

I had a horrendous experience at Hotel Albufera Park booked through Expedia. Despite booking a superior double room, I was given a standard family room upon arrival. This inconvenienced me as I wanted "me time" away from my children. The room's location above the children's play area resulted in constant disturbances from early morning onwards. The exorbitant price I paid did not match the lack of basic amenities such as tea, coffee, water, and a minibar. The hotel staff claimed no record of my booking and suggested contacting Expedia for resolution, showing a lack of coordination. When I showed them a picture of the expected room, they demanded an additional fee. Andrei promised a room change but failed to deliver, leaving me in a mosquito and bed bug-infested room. The hotel did not provide Wi-Fi details, forcing me to rely on my phone's data. I encountered further issues, including a malfunctioning blow dryer and being presented with alcohol despite not being a drinker. Assistant Manager Cristina offered drinks and tea bags but failed to address the core issues. The bed had wheels, causing inconvenience and discomfort. When I expressed dissatisfaction, Cristina claimed no available rooms due to longer-staying guests, prioritizing them over my concerns. Reception staff member Andrei denied promising a room change. I reached out to Expedia, but the hotel claimed no available rooms for relocation. Absolute horrible experience

Absolutely great Family Resort.

The property itself was very good although some of the fixtures etc. in the room were broken/old and worn. This was not an issue considering how little money must have been coming in due to Covid/travel restrictions. It was always kept very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful
