The hotel was clean and had plenty of parking outside and underground.

Nice staff, but hotel needs upgrade. No smoking policy but elevator and hallways smelled of cigarettrs and marijuanna.

All the staff were excellent Facilities as expected Easy parking Perfect Location for the tram so shopping and sightseeing really easy

A bit older and out of the way, but friendly staff and reasonable walk to downtown.

Very clean. Excellent value. The only thing I would add as a negative is that there's no small fridge. But then you would need to pay four star prices. I was checked in by 10am. Fantastic. The air conditioning was easy to operate and very responsive. I had a panoramic view. At four star hotels I usually end up facing a wall. I felt at ease in the room. The breakfast is ok. The usual toast etc but the coffee was great. The bed was very comfortable but it would be better if there was a plug socket at the side for phone charging etc There are other sockets available. Worth a stay.

From the free parking which is on site , the welcome and helpfulness from the reception desk my stay was very good . The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable . Wifi worked well. Did not have breakfast as the normal Ibis buffet was not available because of covid, but there was served breakfast if wanted . Location was good for supermarket and fast food . Nice walk into center or there is the tram stop 2 minutes away.

We had to stay for 1 night in Murcia We use ibis a lot for trips like this.we arrived about 9-30 staff were friendly and informative The room was clean and well equipped.next morning breakfast was a good typical European breakfast fruit cold meats etc. The hotel is outside of the main town but has plenty of food outlets .

It was the worst stay I have ever had. I had to complain 4 times that my room smelled terribly to smoke so that they would actually change me from the room, and I had to actually REQUEST for the change, because if it was up to them they wouldn't have done anything. As well, I payed for a late check out and when I arrived back at the hotel, they had already moved my stuff out of the room without even asking just because they needed the room.

Nice and basic hotel. Not fancy but clean and well located, the stuff are nice and helpful and there is a free parking nearby. Its easy to access by public transport to city center and there is a big supermarket which is very convenient for buying food and groceries. Overall it was a good value for money.

Was a bit noisy overall, bed wasn't very comfortable and there was mold on the ceiling
