The property we had was ideal straight out the door to the pool. Was well equipped. Only downfall was the shower. And only had our bedding changed once in 10 days. But staff were lovely and very helpful will definitely be back

Accommodation was brilliant. The only thing that let it down was the hours the bar opened. They only open 10am-5pm. And shut for lunch at 1pm-130pm. And you will take you life in your own hands if you try and disturb the bar staffs lunch!!!!

Lovely set of apartments along with great pool and bar One downside was I arrived and room hadn’t been cleaned from previous occupant which is a future holiday blocker for these apartments

Great place to stay rooms have lots of little extras in, nice area close to the beach, walking distance of the main strip is 5 minutes, rooms didn’t have air con but you can hire a unit for the rooms for and extra charge

Lovely clean spacious apartment. Shame there was no aircon as it was VERY hot. Spoilt by selfish people reserving ALL sun loungers all day and night for the duration of our stay.

Good accommodation overall with basic self catering Equipment offered. Unfortunately we were appointed a ground floor 1 bed apartment on the shaded side of the complex with a tiny terrace and due to the constant breeze hardly used it. The apartment was very clean on arrival with a change of linen and towels on day four of 7 which was unexpected. Unfortunately the bed linen did not fit the beds ( single size) and the pillows were very uncomfortable, overall very poor quality with no mattress or pillow protectors so quite unhygienic considering how much they are used! One other negative the sound quality of each apartment is very poor. We heard snoring from next door, chairs being pushed in and out on the floors (all tiled) above and next door and people talking through the walls. The bar was very good with reasonable prices and friendly staff. The location is excellent with a short walk to good supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. We have self catered many times overseas so I would say this is a true review of what is on offer here. I doubt if we will stay again.

Very uncomfortable beds, caused us to have pins and needles and dead arms every night, ants all over the apartment, killed a few baby cockroaches that was making a low pitch buzzing/humming noise through the nights, restaurant and laundry facility closed with no mention on the website, had to ask on numerous occasions for clean bedding and towels finally got some on our fifth day, wouldn't have booked if i knew everything was closed and there was no one ever in reception, couldn't even hand the keys to anyone! Also on arrival there was blood splattered on the dresser in the main bedroom! Disgusting

Clean, quiet propriety. Receptionists great, everywhere English speakers. Every second day the cleaners would clean and change sheets and towels, a lots of towels in the rooms. The pool was not heated but that didnt stop us to use it in the middle of feb. Temperature was between 20-25 celsius outside, no rain at all but strong winds. The kitchen was equipped with everything even dishes, they provided with washing up liquid and sponge. They had washing machine in the back of the property and dryer that costed upto 5 euros to use them. They had a towel rent service and they offered bottles water in the reception 5l- 2,1 euro. The island doenst have drinkable tap water even though we used tap water for coffee and tea and cooking. I would recommend this property.

The location was great for Puerto Del Carmen. The food at the pool bar/restaurant was lovely and the staff are very friendly in there.
