I will stay here the next time I'm in Santiago 100% for sure! The staff is very helpful in accommodating, The Breakfast were phenomenal, in the rooms were very clean and modern! I love the fact that I had my own air conditioner that I could control while I was in my room. They have the best laundry service I have come across in a hotel in a long time. And finally the location, this place is located just a few blocks away from the cathedral a couple blocks away from where a lot of the tour companies pick up, and right in the heart of a lot of good restaurants.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!

The property is very well located, easy to walk everywhere and with shops and restaurants at the doorstep.
Clean, comfortable and a very good price, my room was next to the entrance door, I could hear people coming in, but very few and not late at night.
No breakfast available and not 24 hours receptionist, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Though the rooms are small, they mostly face away from the busy roads and alleys around Plaza de Galicia. The air conditioning functioned very well and the bed was comfortable. The automatic card tap entrance was convenient. Probably best for only one traveler at a time but was an excellent experience.
