The hotel was very nice! I loved the modern style. The staff were so very helpful with directions or suggestions of places to eat. Also, it was in a great location. I could walk to most places of interest. I liked the bar!

An exemplary mid-town hotel geared for business travelers. It more than meets the expectations of its clientele. Everything works, everybody there is professional and exudes competence. The three levels of parking are a plus, as is its location on a quiet street. No surprises, which is how such a property should be.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to Bilbao. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. We arrived a few hours early, and since our room was ready, they kindly let us check in early. The room was spacious, with a massive, comfy bed. The bathroom was equally generous in size, featuring a rain shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a bidet. Although the room didn’t have an iron, I’m sure reception would have provided one if we’d asked. Our room overlooked a street with a couple of nightclubs, but the sound insulation was excellent — we couldn’t hear a thing, even on a lively Saturday night. We had hoped to visit the spa on Sunday, but were disappointed to find out it’s closed that day. It seemed an odd choice, as Sunday feels like the day guests would most want to relax. The hotel’s location was excellent — walkable to key attractions, with parking available for an additional charge.
