THis is a very solid option. The hotel is in good condition. Breakfast is very good. Location is excellent. This is not a luxury hotel but a very solid one.

Quick check in with early checkin option for a moderate price given the fact we got there 7 hours before official check-in time. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Room was great, especially the shower. Quiet area with plenty of dining options and access to the Metro.

The last day of our stay we were having dinner at he cafeteria of the hotel when somebody gave my wife her bag which was hanged on the chair saying it felled down. When i got to the room we realized my wallet was stolen.
I went to the reception since we had to go to the airport and asked to check the cameras first they said they can not do it without judicial order and then they looked and say they did not see anything abnormal. Than nobody left the hotel even though my credit card was charged in different places around the hotel. This hotel is not safe inside and the way the 2 guys in the reception behaved was very suspicious. I wish I did not have to take a plane and go to the police. I wish somebody could check the cameras between 8 and 11 pm on March 31, 2025.
This hotel is not safe. Anyone can get in and out. Not recommended

The room was very noisy. It was close to elevator and you could hear everybody when walk by. We had many bags and nobody offer any help either during check in or check out.
I had another reservation at a week later but decided to cancel.

El hotel necesita remodelacion en algunas areas. Los cuartos se ven cansados. Y el piso con humedad.
El servicio excelente!! Todos muy amables. El unico pero es que no prendian el aire acondicionado porque “todavia” no hacia calor.
Las ventanas abrian poco y faltaba circulacjon del aire. Ademas que fue un fin caluroso. Deberia ser opcion de los huespedes prender o no el aire. Pero el servicio muy bien
