We really loved and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We felt welcome and valued by all the staff at the front desk, especially from Helen. She was very sincere friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Room - size is enough for us 4. Overall is clean except the floor (a bit sticky and dusty). Beds are comfortable and linens are clean. However, two of us felt itchy (not insect bite) after using the towel after shower - could be because our skin is sensitive to their detergent. Breakfast - we did not include breakfast when booking the room. We were offered $15 euros for each person if we book for the next day breakfast. Their food and beverage selection are great and offers many varieties. Our family really enjoyed our breakfast in the past 3 days. Table seatings are limited. Extra service that means a lot to us - luggage storage. We arrived early and we can store our luggage and started exploring the city even when our room was not ready. Location of the hotel - excellent! Super close to the Sol metro station, love the vibe in this neighborhood - feel safe, busy but not noisy, convenient to access many restaurants, cafe, shows and shopping areas. Things I wish this hotel to have - self-laundry facilities, We definitely will come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends!

The lobby and rooms are clean, well maintained and appeared recebtly renovated. The staff was awesome. i travel with two kids and they help since I arrived to the hotel. We arrived like at 9:00am a d they founds us a room to do check inn without a fee for early check inn. Ehile esoting for the room they borrow an area for our kids get comfortable

Great breakfast, clean room. Bath great. Super annoying that it was 2 twin beds pushed together, though. The hotel is right in the middle of an extremely busy area...people walking around constantly...street musicians going. I loved it but you should know itll be noisy with the wondows open until at least 4 am. Staff was great.

The breakfast was very fresh and yummy. The hotel is clean and the location is amazing. It is old plumbing so you get a weird smell from the shower. But hotel is newly renovated and its location is the best.

Perfect location by Puerta del Sol. Nice and professional staff at reception. Clean room. Good housekeeping staff on duty. Room is clean with all amenities needed. Lack of A/C, fan available on request. Overall a decent place to stay.

It was located in the middle of the action so that’s not a problem. The problem was the room got so hot and it was no way to cool it down because they don’t turn the AC on until summer so you can only have key on but if you turn the heat off, no air comes in from the windows. So it was very uncomfortably hot.
