Loved this cute hotel in a very old building right by a huge square. While the room was tiny it was very well laid out! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. So easy to walk everywhere from here - and 2 min walk to the best churros and chocolate great way to start the day! To our surprise, the pope was in town and drove down the street next to us waving from the pope mobile. Not something I intended to witness, but did! Also felt like the safest city ever - police were everywhere.

The hotel is beautiful. Although completely modernised it has some beautiful old features. The staff were lovely and so helpful and the rooms were so nicely decorated. It’s smack in the middle of all the action too. Honestly I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Ubicación perfecta y muchas cosas cerca, buen desayuno y variado, lo único negativo que podría decir es que el balcón en la habitación no tenia iluminación, el aire acondicionado no siempre enfriaba bien y los precios los servicios de tintorería cuando llamé a recepción me dijeron que estaba en el clóset lo cual no había nada que hablara de los precios

Hotel was great, but if u plan on using the great rooftop pool and sitting in the pool with a cool drink, they won't allow you to do so. Even with a Yetti cup which is non glass and unbreakable. I lasted 5 minutes and left. Very sad because this is the reason why I picked this hotel.
