Everything was perfect thank you

20 minutes walk to sants station. Countless grocery, cafes and restaurants nearby. Our apartment was double storied. It has two balconies which was lovely. Front desk ladies were very pleasant.

Great value especially if you want a self catering option. Bed was comfortable and everything as advertised.

Metro was nearby. A lot of groceries and restaurants nearby. Camp nou in a walking distance. But not very clean. Very strong chemical odour in the corridor. Shower was not maintained properly.

Clean spacious room. Out of main area but accessible by metro. Would prefer to have washing machine in room rather than going to laundry room.

Very helpful and friendly staff !! Fridge noisy at times moving it made it quiet again but during the night it became noisy again, also shower hose leaking so water pressure low, otherwise very enjoyable and accomodating

Food options around the place were very good, and the beds were comfortable, don’t really have any negative feedback; overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I guess room rate is expensive for a apartment intended to be a traditional hotel room.

The hotel room and the staff themselves were great. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The subway station is just down the street, theres also tons of shops/ restaurants walking distance. The only notable downside is that the street the hotel is on is closed on the weekend. It’s completely blocked off to cars, so you can’t get their by taxi. We didn’t know and arrived on a Sunday, and had to walk a long distance with our luggage. It’s not the hotels fault, but something to consider.

We enjoyed staying at this property in the Sants neighborhood of Barcelona. It is located a bit far away from most Barcelona attractions. We spent lots of time in the Metro system to get to places.

Very good location, near Metro and bus station. Comfortable.

Looks nicer on pictures than in reality. Pictures had balcony, and sofa but there was no balcony and sleeping chair instead. Front desk person couldnt speak or understand English. When I asked for help to get to a museum she gave wrong directions.

Great stay and big room. Close to public transportation and supermarket. Thank you to the reception for arranging our transport back to the airport.

The location was close to the Metro and many markets and restaurants. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The front desk personnel was personable and very helpful. The cost was reasonable as well. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and hostesses were superb. Very friendly and helpful! But the room had nothing for us to exist until we went shopping and we were exhausted! No crackers or tea bag’s or anything that has been in all other places we have been! One tea towel for a week?! We had to go immediately to get something to eat and we were tired from a 13-14 hr flight! Would suggest further investigation for places to stay!
