Ramblas Barcelona

Excellent location. But it is very busy area and people don't sleep at night. They are partying! Noise all night all

I like the location. Its on the middle of highlights and points of interest. The hotel should provide complimentary coffee at least.

Elevator was not at all comfortable or accessible. Washroom doors were without lock and door use to open with loud sound hitting the cealings

The rooms were very small and warm. The luggage room was so small. Too much construction going on outside.

It is in a great location for shopping and to get to the cruise port.

Great position good room

Booked for my partner and I then added a child to the booking. I was worried as it was so central and would be an issue for my child sleeping. No problems at all, the room upgrade was fab! Everything you need in walking distance and bus very very convenient for visiting sites further afield. Breakfast, cold, was great too. Highly recommend.

Great location. Had a room on the 8th floor with amazing views. However, there was only one working elevator when we were leaving. We had to wait 30 minutes for the elevator. We couldn’t use the stairs as we had two large suitcases.

Location is fantastic for travel . Could be noisy due to the Ramblas crowd.Air conditioning cannot be adjusted. Breakfast is ok - no variety but decent for a short stay. Dining & house keeping staff are amazing. The rear rooms with balcony are amazing.

Great location, close to everything. Room was standard but clean and spacious and had a huge patio that backed onto a very quiet court with great views of the mountains and the backside of a Gaudi designed building! Breakfast had many options, very good.

La chambre était propre le lit confortable , l’emplacement est centrale nous avons adoré, le seul bémols c’est l’insonorisation on entend tout ce qui ce passe dehors même les fenêtres fermer donc si vous avez le sommeil léger apporter des bouchons , le personnel est très agréable et accueillant et le petit déjeuner est bien surtout le jus d’orange fraîchement pressé , j’y retournerai sans hésiter

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The room we had 109 was on first floor at the front. Very noisy due to work being carried out on street right in front of the hotel. You feel the vibration of every train under building. We hardly slept a wink due to noise and air conditioning not working. There was no shower curtain above the bath and floor and sink got covered in water making it very unsafe. I might stay at this hotel again if in a high up room at back of the building.

Was right done in the middle of the action back the room was nice a quiet. In walking distance to a lot of excitement and even in walking distance to the cruise port shuttle.

We arrived during a very hot week. The air conditioner had problems keeping up. We were on the 8th floor.. Our room had two terrace balconies with beautiful views at night. During the day the heat penetrated through the doors and did not help with keeping the room cool. Usually by bedtime the air conditioner would start to cool down the room. The bathroom was too crowded and somewhat unsanitary. The bathtub liner would stick to your body while showering. Once done, even though we took cold showers the bathroom would heat up and flow into the bedroom when we opened up the door. The room had a hostel type setup and very basic furnishings. Our room had no decorations at all on the walls. As mentioned, we were on the 8th floor and once we got off the very small elevator, the smell of sewage was apparent. We had friends that stayed on the 5th floor, even though their room was a bit better than ours, their air conditioner kept their room pretty cool. Their room had no windows, but had an area with an empty elevator shaft accessible in their room. The hotel breakfast package was a European type of breakfast (cheese/meats/ breads). Not at all what we are used to. They were very limited to what they offered. We decided to go out on Las Ramblas and looked for a breakfast more our style.

Location is good. Close to transit. Beds were good. Breakfast was good. Lack of air con in the room was an issue for us and no vents/windows for the bathroom. We only stayed 1 night. It was clean and safe. Lack of air con for me, I wouldn’t stay here again in the summer. Winter would be fine.

The woman at the front desk (in the evenings) was unhelpful and rude

Great breakfast and excellent staff. Try not to get caught with check in times as it’s a nightmare using the lifts which are not great

We were thrilled to receive a large balcony on level 8 (we didn't expect our room to have a balcony). Was a lovely surprise. The view was superb. A very convenient location. Walking distance to gothic quarter area which was amazing. Plenty of shops and restaurants outside.
