Been staying here for a long time and it's by far the best in the area!
It's good to know the location beforehand as alot of hidden gems about and benehavis is a must for dining options!

Very relaxing hotel. It is no longer adults only, but still maintains a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was varied with plenty of choice and good quality food. The snack bar also offered a wide selection of meals and cocktails. The lifeguard did an excellent job managing the sunbeds, so there was always good availability.

Amazing stay! The service was 10/10. We loved all the staff who were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were very big and spacious.
A slight update in decor would be good and it's a little further to get to the main port and town but we loved our stay regardless.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property, nice area and as we had a car hire it was easy to get around as well as accessible parking. However staff could be more friendly, my partner and I seemed to be the only people of colour the week we stayed. However props to Nacho as he was very nice to us.

Was told this hotel closed, and given a exchanged hotel and told to confirm by email, which i did but received no confirmation, so i rang Expedia to be told original hotel was still open and sent email confirming this, turned up at hotel to find it closed, then went to exchange hotel and was booked in there, €80 euro taxi ride as opposed to €7 euro. Hotel was a total downgrade and the pool was closed 2 out the 4 dsys

Room was lovely, breakfast was amazing and the staff all very helpful. If they could get the ant problem under control in the rooms (we had them in both the bathroom and where the fridge was) then we could give this place 5 stars all round

The property is lovely. The rooms are huge if a little bit dated but really good quality furnishings etc. bad was massive.
Unfortunately the weather was foul so didn’t really get much of a chance to enjoy the pool area however the food in the poolside bar was decent.
My only criticism re staff is they really pushed you to order which put us off signing there. I like to relax and felt hurried one night sending the staff away 5 times. Once the food had arrived you really had to chase for the bill.
I’d stay again. Please just ask the waiting staff to back off a little. I would understand if we ate late but this was always early evening. They were very polite just overly hurrying

Wonderful place! Beautiful, welcoming, bi-lingual and friendly staff, amazing poolside dining! Best food we had during our travels! Very relaxed environment and friendly wildlife so tame you can feed by hand! Magical!
