Decent aparthotel. Quiet location. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Bathroom is a bit old fashioned but clean and spacious. Couldn’t get the electric hob to work.

visiting family, apartment is nice and central for all transport,as we are senior citizens we are eligible for for the free yearly travel cards which is brilliant, so much better than we have in the U.K. , buses, metro coaches, all are much more frequent than back home and all have Air Conditioning.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working for most of the time. Air Conditioning was turned off and was informed that the management will provide air conditioning only during months of June and July. Couldn’t sleep during the nights due to room being hot

En cuanto a limpieza, Excelente, el peor servicio al cliente de toda mi vida , el señor que me hizo el checkin la primera noche que mejor se vaya a su casa o trabaje online sin darle su cara al público, no tiene ninguna empatia con los clientes, es desagradable, autosuficiente y lo siguiente...... El hotel tiene un ruido espantoso, me pase 1 semana ahi y me entere de todos los chismes de todo mundo y me entere cuando limpiaban las habitaciones por el ruido de las mesas y camas Lo unico bonito es la limpieza y comodidad de sus camas y tbn la recepcionista Sandra muy amable y servicial Por lo demas mejor cierren el hotel...

The hotel is not in a tourist location. It is too far from the City Center, but close to Metro train line. It is a clean hotel, but it an older hotel. The staff was nice.

Our room was not ready until and hour after check in time. We paid for an upgraded queen bed room, what we got was dated and nothing like the pictures, doesn’t seem to have been refurbished in thirty years. Not enough space to get in and out of both sides of the bed. Room smelt musty, air con only worked on the first day, but the high speed internet was free. Apartment isn’t supplied with pots or pans to use the kitchen, needed to pay a deposit at reception and get a box with two saucepans (no lids) a dirty fry pan, kitchen roll, sponge, detergent and three wooden utensils. Location is quiet and fairly close to the metro, so easy to get to and from the airport with one change. We were in the second part of the hotel, it was dated and uninviting.

Great hotel, easy walk to metro and supermarket. Room was very noisey with pixies humming all night, don’t stay in room 115. To be fair management offered to change our room when they found out. Would stay here again
