You get what you pay for. If you stay here, confirm a specific meeting time to let you in with the off-site management company (I had to wait over an hour in the Seville sun because I’d booked the room the night before and despite numerous texts with the mgmt co that morning, the advertised1pm check in time turned out to be only aspirational). Apartment had been tidied up for my arrival, but the bath had someone else’s hairs on the floor and shower and there were only a few drops left of hand soap in the bath and dishwashing soap in the kitchen which was not welcoming. After running the AC overnight, condensation from the unit kept dripping on the floor below for several hours (I found a bucket to collect most of it after nearly slipping on the puddle). Plan to use GPS to find the small street the apartment is on (not on my paper map) which is off a small plaza. There is no parking, so if you are with car, you can try limited street parking (streets are narrow and very confusing) or leave in a not so convenient public garage that cost me €20 for 24 hours. Prior to my arrival, my several text requests to the management company for help / recommendations with parking were ignored. Given the earlier reviews on which I based my booking, I may have just booked this place on an off day. That said, I would not return as this has been the least enjoyable stay of my 20 day trip to Spain.
