Standard very high and staff at reception very friendly

Excellent property, right by the beach, with a very nice staff and amenities

The hotel was first class. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate. We ejoyed drinks at the bar and the breakfast and dinner menu catered for all.

The hotel fronts the beach and is centrally situated within easy walking distance of all amenities. Very friendly hotel with a great breakfast.

Very Clean, wonderful views, excellent breakfast buffet, the reception music was amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking a beautiful place to stay in Calpe.

Very nice hotel, perfect location just in front of the sea! Breakfast fantastic! Only small thing, than I asked to stay just one hour more late check out, Daniella was very unfriendly-NO!

Loved this Hotel and location, stayed for a week in a junior suite, it was fabulous, with stunning sea views. Would definitely recommend, in fact we are going back again as soon as possible.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. Lovely staff, beautiful rooms. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I honestly can't find anything negative to say.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in….and I have stayed in great many. The food is delicious and there is a huge variety. Staff are attentive and extremely hard working. Rooms are lovely….book one with a sea view if possible. My partner uses a walking frame…the hotel and location are very disabled friendly…he had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Hopefully we will be back.

Good points: Very good hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Very comfy medium-firm beds. Lovely feather pillows, decent bathrooms, good views from seaview rooms, enormous and delicious breakfast buffet! Nice spa area with reasonable massage (a bit formulaic). Jacuzzis are a bit cold, changing rooms do not have enough privacy (need extra doors and clearer signs for gender. Not so good: The spa is a completely separate business from the hotel - even payng €200 a night does not give you access. It's €32 per person unless you book a package. This was not mentioned to us when I booked a massage on the phone or at check-in, so when we went down to use the spa this was an extra €64. I had no means of payment as I was in my swim-wear and they do not allow it to be added to the hotel room bill whihch was very frustrating, so I had to go all the way back to the room to get my card. This is a very busy hotel particularly with Cycle groups as its a cycling area, (it's funny to see them take their very expensive bikes up in the lifts to their rooms). Fridays /Saturdays reception is very busy and you have to wait. They seem understaffed. Other minor improvments: Like many hotels, there are no floor numbers directly opposite the lifts. it's hard to know which floor you are on (see photo). Our floor was not cleaned properly. No tissue box in the bedroom. No fan heater over the main entrance - meaning the lobby and bar get frequent cold drafts whihc is unconfortable.

Excellent location, easy access to the beach/promenade for walks and dining options! The sunset and sundown from our room with a view of the big rock!!!…. Really enjoyed!!!! Beautiful place! A little cool at this time of the year, but it was freezing at home in Canada! Much better choice to still enjoy the outdoors!

The hotel was stunning. Fantastic pool with lovely views over the beach and coastline. Really really comfortable bed! Clean. Buffet breakfast which was amazing.
