The property was fine and looked nicer than the pictures on the site, but the area of the hotel did not look great. It was a bit far from the center of Murcia. However, we had free parking and a rental car so it was not a problem. The price was good. I would return. Staff was very nice!

No fridge in the room, other than tha, the hotel is okay. Seemed a little pricey for a hotel that is not conveniently located to the city of Murcia. Sink in bathroom was stopped up. I would rate the hotel as 1.5 stars should be priced around $50 a night. I didn’t eat the breakfast or use any services so I can’t rate these things

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was great and efficient. The Wi-Fi was fast and non buffering. Room was clean, just a little rust near the plug on the bath, could be easily fixed.

Although the hotel was convenient there was an over riding smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout the corridors and in both rooms we had booked, which would be left over from before it became law not to smoke in public places, so if you are not a smoker I would say this hotel is not for you. What is needed , not only to paint the walls but change carpets, curtains and beds to get rid of the smell. Other than that the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

We arrived late and left early the next morning so did not get to use the restaurant area. However, the room was clean and adequate for our needs. They also had coffee/tea making facilities which was a bonus as so many Spanish hotels do not offer this. Large underground carpark for the car which was a bonus too. Would recommend to others.
