A very pleasant hotel, very well located, a very short walk from the Cathedral. The Aureo is a very nice blend of modern and historic architecture. Tasteful design with an attention to detail. My wife and I highly recommend the Aureo

This hotel is superb! We chose this hotel because we had stayed at an Aurea hotel in Granada a few days prior, and we enjoyed that place. The hotel is really nice inside, the room was great, bed was comfy, and the view was cool! The staff were great! Before booking our first Aurea hotel, I read a review that stated she ended up booking a second Aurea hotel in a different town after staying at the Aurea Granada, and I now I know why she did that; we did the same, these Aurea hotels are top-notch!

This was very nice, new, and clean. The entrance is not accessible by car so there is a good 150 ft walk uphill to taxis with suitcases as well as in heels (I was there for a wedding). There is only 1 person on staff in the evenings. Additionally, some friends who paid a lower rate received an upgrade to a larger room while my upgrade was to having "original art" in the room.

It was an amazing stay …very comfortable beds, clean room , loved the robes and slippers.
Loved that there was cold water and sparkling wine in lobby.
Spa was very nice. Good location.

I had to modify my trip because my father in law became seriously ill. I ask for cancellation weeks ahead of my stay. The hotel would not refund anything. I paid full for three days. They asked me to produce proof, which I did, then they denied my request completely. I think they could booked the room, but refused to give me even a 50% refund.
