Vincci La Rabida Hotel

Spotless room, great atmosphere and furnishings . Polite and attentive staff. Great selection at breakfast

Loved the room.

A decent 4star hotel in a wonderful old building. It is close to the major attractions and 'old town' with many restaurants (tapas), bars and shops nearby but it is nicely located in a very quiet one way, mainly residential street . Buffet breakfast is as expected with a couple of minor issues - Ana and the staff discreet but available. The dining room is busy if the outside dining space is not available due to weather. There is a lovely rooftop area with good views. We prefer to dine out when there is such a great choice in walking distance so did not use the restaurant. Our room was fairly standard with good bedding, coffee machine and nice modern shower room, immaculately clean. Room 204 has a balcony with steps down to a huge terrace, with sun loungers, chairs and tables. Wonderful when the sun was on in it the middle of the day it but it is overlooked by many of the other rooms. We had an issue with our air conditioning on our last day that was not resolved before we left but overall we very much enjoyed our stay

Very nice experience overall. Staff very friendly and helpful. We only tried to have dinner on the roof restaurant one night but didn't get served so didn't go there again. Plenty of food options a few mins walk so not concerned. Most places we wanted to visit were within walking distance so location is very very good.

Booked double room via Expedia and was given smallest room in hotel for 5 night stay which seemed mean. Good breakfast. Am gluten free and dining room lead offered GF bread, which I had to remind after 45 minutes and then an inedible brick arrived. Obviously microwaved twice! By my 4th breakfast same person finally remembered me. It's not a very friendly place. Not customer focussed they are too busy looking important. There are 2 Vincci hotels very nearby and I booked the wrong one: meant to book Vincci Molviedro. I've booked several hotels on this trip but got confused. I popped in the Molviedro several times and ate there and it's a much friendlier, happier place. La Rabido has a lot of positives: it's beautiful building, both breakfast areas are lovely inside and the outer courtyard. The breakfast is extensive, but there's a lack of attention to detail. Eg they offer bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and links which are supposed to be hot but which are stone cold even if you are very early to breakfast which I generally was. They offer tortilla de patatas, which is supposed to be warm and I asked if someone could pop a bit in the microwave and warm it up, more palatable. There was a Honey machine which was always not working. They had a gluten-free section offering individual jams and two flavours of muffin- you have to be quick or the muffins went. Continental breakfast were fine. My biggest issue was finding a 3cm cockroach in my bedroom. Used the car park.

Beautiful hotel and do go for a room with a terrace with your own view of the Cathedral! Reception and maids were excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant and breakfast staff were lacking in numbers and service.

Absolutely recommend this hotel for your comfort in Sevilla! The staff was friendly, service was above expectations and the cleanliness of the hotel and room were incredible. When asked for local recommendations of places to eat, they did not disappoint in pointing us in the right direction. They do have on site parking, so do yourself of a favor and park there! We booked a room last-minute for our first anniversary and, despite requesting a double room, were given a twin. The room was clean with a nice bathroom, but located on a noisy corridor. The first night, a very disruptive family was next door. Reception admitted they had multiple complaints about them, yet still put us there. Doors in the corridor slammed constantly, and security accidentally opened our door while I was showering. Water was not replenished in the room or lobby, and my messages through the app went unanswered. At checkout, the receptionist apologised but offered no gesture of goodwill - something simple, like a drink on the rooftop bar, would have made a difference. We stayed at the other Vincci nearby previously and had a much better experience - book that one instead!

The location of this hotel is close to all the tourist venues and close to the many good restaurants in the area as well as shopping. There are many interesting things to see and do. The hotel and the staff were very good and I would be pleased to stay here again.

Great facilities, Very helpful front desk and staff

We were happily surprised at this lovely little hotel. It was very pretty, and with staff uniformly, friendly and helpful. Having our granddaughter with us, we were in a junior suite that exceeded our expectations, including a bathroom that was the size of my bedroom as a kid. Location was excellent, and we walk too many different places. When we had signed up for a walking tour, the starting point was five minutes from the door of the hotel.

This hotel was beautiful. Reasonably priced and included a lovely breakfast. The hotel had a bar/restaurant on the top with some great views. I would recommend this hotel.
