Welldone Quality - Crystal Pool

The room so spotless, the staff were very polite, the general ambience was excellent, the location was perfect and although in the centre it was quite at night. The only downside was the partially frosted bathroom door. We are a conservative couple and did not enjoy the view from the bed!

Great overall but only issue I had was with air conditioning which kept turning off either due to some timer green initiative or some timer issue which I couldn’t figure out, had to wake up Twice during night to turn air conditioning back on.

Très joli hôtel, bien décoré, chambre bien équipée et tres propre, jolie piscine sur le toit en plein cœur du quartier ancien et tranquille! A quelques minutes de la cathédrale, 20 min de la Place d’Espagne, 5 min de la Métropole parasols , on recommande !

The hotel was in the centre so easy to get everywhere being a solo traveller. I found it very safe and I’m really enjoyed my time there after a hot day. The pool was very inviting. I eat in a different restaurant every night. lovely place to stay. I visited all the major places. And enjoyed them all.

The room was so cute. The staff was very very friendly and even took the time to explain where we should go visit in Seville. The pool was so refreshing to have in the Seville heat. So worth the stay.

The hotel is modern, clean, with friendly staff, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in a large shower, and a rooftop pool. I am not a fan of the glass door to the bathroom so the light in the bathroom shines into the bedroom at night. There is very little storage space for luggage.

We loved that the property was right in central Seville. Great access to shopping, restaurants & the Flamenco Show was only a block away.

Loved our stay here. Fantastic position , quiet and well staffed. Rooms are well set out and comfortable.

I really like this hotel. I thought it was very clean and neat. It is pretty tiny so it’s very quiet, but it’s very central to the main things around Sevilla. It’s walkable to wherever you want to go and the airport is only like 15 minutes away via taxi. One thing that I would comment on is that if you go in the spring like March to April and the weather outside it’s a little bit cold, their AC is central so it might be hot for you in the room but because it’s cold outside for them, they won’t turn on the AC. That’s the only thing that I would comment on we were a little bit hot in the room because it was technically cold outside, but the hotel is pretty closed off and so it wasn’t really cold in the room so that would be my only complaint.

Uber & ride shares cannot drop you off at front of hotel: it’s in a steer/alley where cars can’t drive. So you will have to walk with your luggage for a little bit. Everything else was great!

Great location … room clean but very dark … fridge very noisy needed ear plugs … pool not open due to maintenance was not informed of this at any point during booking or stay .. advertised reception manned 24 hours but no one on on evening or early morning

Well located and lovely hotel. Clean and smart. Got a message asking if I wanted room servicing. They do as much or as little as you want. Good amenities in the room- pod coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, microwave. Friendly staff. The pool was not open till April, but that's no deal breaker. The fridge could be loud, but I just used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping.

El hotel superó mis expectativas. Excelente localización y céntrico. El staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. A pesar de estar en la primera planta cerca del lobby y puerta de entrada no tuvimos ruidos que nos molestaran. De verdad muy buena experiencia! Recomendado!
