Large property. Great staff. Their main restaurant Med had a good menu selection and an amazing staff that was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and the omelette station and the pastries outstanding. Room service menu is good but there is a slight language barrier. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the complimentary drinks due to our hectic schedule. Porters and front desk were extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely consider this hotel for our next visit to the area.

Great 3 night break. As a family of 4 we booked a 2 bed apartment which was spacious and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen area served us well for our short stay and we requested a coffee machine for our room which was quickly delivered. My only gripes are the sofa smelt a bit musty and the power tripped a few times. The pool areas are lovely and we ate at Safari twice which was very nice. The coffee shop was nice with amazing ice cream but it was a good 20 min walk from where we stayed. You can walk to Fuengirola along the carriageway but I'd recommend a car depending on your plans.

The site on which our apartment was situated was very expensive. It was therefore quite difficult to walk to the nearest exit. People with mobility problems should be aware of this. It is the case, however that you can call for a porter who will take you by transport to the nearest exit or the one that you would wish to exit from. You still would need a considerable walk to get to the nearest public transport facility. When we first arrived, there was only one restaurant open. However, the advertising for the property suggested that there were multiple restaurants available. No mention of winter schedules was made. As regards to the property itself, the kitchen equipment as regards cutlery, Crockery, and cooking utensils was poor. We had to ask for several standard pieces of equipment. There is a train which circulates the property every hour during the morning up until 1400 there is a gap to 1700 when it starts again. However, this facility again was not available when we arrived in January

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and was disappointed with my experience. I specifically reserved a suite with a plunge pool after reading that the pool was heated, but it was not. This was a significant factor in choosing this hotel, as I was celebrating my anniversary and wanted a relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel photos made it appear that the property was directly on the beach, but upon arrival, we realized this was not the case. The lack of beach access was a major letdown, as it was another key reason we chose this location. Overall, I was completely let down by these issues and feel that the stay did not meet my expectations.

Isolated in unreachable area!!! They have 1 porter for the entire 2 properties and it’s Not a Hotel….. it’s so called Apt. With No Insulation in the walls and 10 people in each room Partying until 5 AM After calling Security multiple times they decided to do something!!! Horrible

First experience was honestly not good, but once I found the right person to talk to, we had a great time. Lovely apartment with hot tub on the balcony, sea view, good facilities in the kitchenette, superb customer service (second time around anyway!). Some lovely rooms including a fully fitted kitchen, great sound system and very comfy beds. Restaurant is fine, menu is limited but food is reasonable quality and staff in restaurant were absolutely lovely. Breakfast choice was good (but expensive if you don't get a package deal) Nice to have a heated pool in the winter! Seriously blown away by the second lot of customer service, they couldn't have been better. Liked the look of the trips available and the train to get around the complex (the place is HUGE), but didn't get time to try them out. Next time hopefully. We'll definitely go back.

I was not happy that this huge resort that was almost empty ( low season of November / floods) and yet I was assigned a room that had a door separating it from the next one ( junior suite) occupied by family with little kids. Annoyed little with noise. I would have complained but noise stopped around 9:00 PM which was bearable. The staff were very friendly.
