You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash deposit: LKR 1000 per person, per day
• Cash Breakage deposit: LKR 1000 per night
• Cash deposit for Spring Break: LKR 1000 per night for guests staying between 26 December - 26 July
• Cleaning fee: LKR 500 per accommodation, per night (varies based on unit and length of stay)
• A damage deposit of LKR 1000 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
