Everyone was so nice it was the best stay in södertälje I’ve stayed at so many hotels and this is by far the nicest and for sure will stay here again and again every time time we are in town from the states

Nicely preseneted hotel, with helpful and friendly reception staff. Rooms immaculate and a nice variety of breakfast offered. Slightly misleading listing regarding an indoor pool, which is actually part of a spa package at 595SEK for 3 hrs per person. Bar prices astronomical too with 2 x G&T at 375SEK.

Travelt opptatt resepsjonist og totalt sett en lite vennlig mottagelse. Hotellet krever ekstra betaling for bruk av alle fasiliteter, bruk av basseng, parkering, mm.

Hela stället är fantastisk fint. Rummen och inredningen är topp. Men maten var hemsk. Roomservice maten var kall och slabbig, kall och man fick inget till som tex salt peppar ketchup eller annat. Fanns inte heller tillval för detta på tvn. Och för mat upp till rummet skulle dom dessutom ha 150 kr. Utöver den dåliga maten. Maten över lag var ingen höjdare på hotellet och det förstörde hela grejen med helheten. Spat var dock lika fantastiskt som inredningen och över förväntan. Väldigt mysigt och härlig atmosfär. Så nästa gång åker vi bara dit för spa, goda drinkar och fin miljö.

Fint stadshotell med härlig frukost! Om man lägger till SPA för 595kr per dag så är det en riktigt bra upplevelse men för dyrt mot det man får. Går inte att jämföra med The Steam i Västerås tex eller Jazy’s i Göteborg.

Wow vilket hotell! När vi checkade in blev vi serverade bubbel vilket kändes lyxigt. De hade fina hotellrum där personen som hade checkat in hade sitt namn skrivet på tv skärmen när man slog på den. Det var en rolig detalj som fick det att kännas mer personligt. Vi var väldigt nöjda med middagen som vi åt på hotellet och deras Vana spa blev en perfekt avslutning på kvällen. Där fanns en fin inomhus bassäng samt två uppvärmda utomhus bassänger. Frukostbuffen var en perfekt avslutning på vår vistelse och hade allt man kunde önska. Vi kommer garanterat att komma tillbaka!

Väldigt vänlig och professionell personal, men tyvärr lite för mycket som inte höll måttet med rummet.
Glasbitar på golvet i badrummet, stream till tv funkar inte pga dåligt wifi, kallt på rummet med drag från fönstret…
Bott här flera gånger tidigare och alltid varit väldigt nöjd, så förmodligen bara otur just denna gången.
Rekommenderar ändå stället och kommer bo här nästa gång jag är i Södertälje.
