Loved the breakfast buffet, but otherwise the hotel experience wasn't all that great. The room was not nearly as nice as in the pictures on the website. The room was really cold, despite having a huge radiator blasting heat. The remote was missing for the tv (which only had about 4 of the 15+ channels that were listed in the room guide). Told the hotel clerk about the remote, who said he would ask the cleaning personell to check for it in the morning, but it was still missing the next day. The shower gel/schampoo in the shower was pretty much soap and felt really cheap. Wouldn't recomment anyone washing their hair with it. The double bed was on the small side and the duvets in it too. Regret paying extra for it.
