This hotel has everything you need for a budget stay in Falun, lovely staff, clean rooms, good parking, great breakfast, a very good gym facility, ironing room, and much more, all at a very reasonable price for the area.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the noise that the very heavy doors to the roommate as people were coming back in at night the walls would shake and the noise would be like someone slamming doors. This went on for about an hour repeatedly. Otherwise the staff was wonderful the accommodations were great the breakfast was one of the best ever and they had other options for playing pool and shuffleboard they had a bar and a dining room as well as a small area at reception if you wanted drinks and snacks as well. It had a great location within walking distance of several restaurants and stores

Ganska lyhörda rum. Förboka garage för att vara säker på parkering, den var ofta full utanför. Garaget litet så skicka ner den som är bäst på att parkera! Hotellet överlag ganska slitet. Frukosten erbjöd väl det man behöver men inget extra.

The hotel is in a good location and was easy to find. Parking was challenging. Breakfast very good and we enjoyed drinks in the bar. Rooms are a little run down, lights burned out, etc, but we had a pretty good night's sleep. Was happy to make it to Falun and the outdoor mall area is very nice and close by.

Överlag rätt bra rum. Men man får ingen Grand känsla direkt. Men badrummet uppskattade vi verkligen. Väldigt lyhört, och sen som fler poängterat. Väldigt svårt att sova ordentligt när ventilationen låter som det står en lastbil och varvar på innegården. + till frukosten och trevlig personal i receptionen.

Frukosten har sjangserat. Mindre utbud samt personalen plockar bort dina personliga tillbehörigheter om du inte är uppmärksam. Dyrt och slitet hotell. Enda anledningen till att bo här är att det finns garage, kostar dock 200SEK extra natten.

Hotellet var övervägande bra men det saknades lampor i badrummet = dålig belysning, vilket tyvärr inte kunde fixas då de var av den äldre modellen (ej LED). Sedan var det väldigt snabbt tomt på allting på frukosten. Den andra morgonen tog de över en halvtimma att fylla på äggröran och under tiden tog allt annat slut också. Detta trots vi var tidigt där den andra morgonen. Rummen var också väldigt lyhörda, vaknade flera gången pga att människor pratade med varandra i korridoren, vilket de såklart ska kunna göra utan att det hörs in i rummen.
