Good location, parking available for a fee and the room was just as advertised. Breakfast was basic but good enough.

I couldn't make my check in because I did not receive the code in my phone or mail. If it wasn't that other people were doing their check in at the same time, went to their room, came down with the password for internet and then being able to connect to my laptop and recheck my inbox (where the code had arrived) I don't know what would have I ve done since the number provided to call was not picked up earlier. However, in Expedia clearly said there was people at the reception. Never saw a human being. Not at arrival. Not at check out. What if ones need something? If there is no hot water or electricity or something? Who you talk to? Said that, the hotel itself, the room, the beds etc were excellent.

Great rooms, conveniently located in the centre of town with easy access to transport, shopping and city sights. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with options for all tastes.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby sights and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness and service in the room left something to be desired. Housekeeping only made the beds and did not replace our used coffee cups or restock the coffee and milk supplies. As a result, we were only able to make coffee in the room on the first of our three mornings—disappointing, especially as we were traveling with a baby and were up early each day. We also felt somewhat misled regarding the hotel’s accessibility. We were aware that there was no elevator, but we called ahead and were assured we’d get a room on the first floor and that there would only be a “small flight of stairs” to manage with our baby stroller. In reality, we were met with a large, circular staircase that was quite challenging to navigate. This made the stay far from convenient for a family with a small child. All in all, while the location and staff were positives, the lack of attention to room upkeep and the misleading information about accessibility made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

This quaint little hotel is superbly located in the heart of Gothenburg. Several restaurants, cafes, and bars are a few minutes away as is the train station and a major tram stop. The staff is superb… both efficient and friendly. Construction is going on next to the hotel which made for noisy mornings during our stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here. The location cannot be beaten.

The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. This is a small, beautiful space with art throughout. We enjoyed a drink in the coolness of the courtyard. Breakfast was lovely. We felt safe and secure. It seemed like a tasteful example of Göteborg hospitality.

It is in a great location - very central. Feels boutique with thoughtful touches that provide a unique experience. Staff are welcoming with a relaxed approach and happy to help if you have a question/request.

The stay was great. It.was tough for mi wife and her hips to get.to and from our room with all the stairs. But other than that, we enjoyed it.

Excellent and very friendly staff

Very comfortable and well located hotel. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good maybe a little more fruit would make it excellent.

This hotel was super-easy to find, being just a few minutes’ Walk from the penultimate stop on the airport bus. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed really comfortable. Definitely recommended !
