Oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket aktiviteter för barn. Det enda som kunde vara bättre är lite mer omväxlande mat att kunna köpa då havsbadet är långt från Piteå.mycket Nuggets pizza och burgare blev det.

It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately this hotel is overpriced. The standard not really ok for this price, breakfast i would say quite bad and I was there during winter time where road to the hotel was full of ice where it was easy to fall over and hurt yourself.

Room was nice except for bathroom which was dated. Great location close to the sea. Nice Corona-adjusted breakfast with friendly staff. Restaurant staff rather young and inexperienced, did not clean up mess made during serving and were focusing on their phones rather than being attentive to customers. Gym rather run down.

Staff in the grill was great. Staff at front desk was ok. I was really disappointed when we were told that pool was only open from 4-8 andwoukd be closed the entire following day. Front desk person proceeded to tell me “ you should know that summer in Sweden is only 4 weeks”. Whhhat? First, that’s not true, I’ve been to Sweden many summers and secondly, the pool and water park are indoors!

Vi hade ett fint rum med balkong. Frukosten var riklig och de fyllde på hela tiden. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Det ända negativa var att det var väldigt mycket snabbmat på restaurangerna. En lite finare restaurang fanns men den var väldigt dyr.

Fräscha fina rum och supersnabb incheckning. Tyvärr soppåsar i korridorerna från gästerna. Frukostbuffén välfylld och serviceinriktad personal, hade dock gärna sett mera leenden. Äventyrsbadet ger valuta för pengarna, men damernas omklädningsrum hade en "matta" av tvålvatten och hår som behövt mera tillsyn. Helheten är ett bra hotell!

Hotellet låg centralt i staden och det var en bit till parkeringshuset ca 300 m. Det fanns en fin restaurang i närheten som hette Lottas Pub. Det var en väldigt fin ställe med bra öl och mat.

Bodde i sommarstuga som var enkel, men rymlig för 5 personer och hund. Mysigt område och fin strand. Vore trevligt om hand- och duschtvål, kaffe, salt och peppar etc ingick. Smidig incheckning, men fick ingen information om ev möjlighet att låna handdukar etc. Lite tråkigt med lista i stugan på vad saker kostar om de går sönder eller om man inte städat rätt, men antar att det behövs för oaktsamma gäster. Bilar kör långsamt i området, men det borde finnas hastighetsbegränsning för cyklar och elsparkcyklar också. Maten på skeppet var dålig, överkokta nudlar och smaklösa, tråkiga köttbullar m potatismos. Men de hade fin uteservering mot stranden. Testade inga fler restauranger.
