Location is great very near to Gamla Stan, train station restaurants everything handy

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The price did not include breakfast as other hotels in Sweden and Finland have. The room is comfortable and the location is excellent: right on Medborgarpladtsen, and close to the Slusen metro stop in Södermalm.

A week before arrival my partner and I were thinking of renting a car so I wrote to the hotel to know if there was parking available or not. Never got an answer so I didn’t rent a car. There is no parking available btw. During check-in, we figured out we had booked a room without windows on floor -2. We asked for an upgrade and they got us a room on first floor with window for an extra charge of 90€ for 3 nights. We go into the room, which looked great at first. I try to open the window, the handle was broken so the upgrade was all for nothing because we couldn’t open the window. We opened the safe to drop our stuff and we saw it was covered in mold, disgusting. The bathroom smelled like pee all the time and the wc sitter was broken. AC didn’t work, they had left a fan in our room. Bed was ok, i don’t understand having a double mattress but separate quilt. Something in the bed made me have a reaction, my legs were itchy every night when I laid down which made sleeping and resting impossible for me Upon check-in they told us cleaning would be available only once during our stay and we had to choose a day. We chose the day and the cleaning never happened during our stay. There’s no tea or coffee in the room, or a mini fridge.

Very clean hotel with helpful staff. I think pricey given the size of rooms but perhaps typical of Stockholm. Breakfast was okay but lacking decent vegan options. Wasn’t a fan of the en-suite being a wet room.

Nicely appointed rooms… a bit small but comfortable. Close to subway and shops/restaurants of sodermalm… Good breakfast.

The hotel is super convenient right next to a metro station so getting around anywhere in the city is easy. We also found it easy to walk up the road and into the old town. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. We didn’t find the room noisy, with the window closed it did block out a lot of street noise. The curtains were great super blackout and the bed really comfortable. The AC in the room though wasn’t very good. I think they’ve been set so you can’t adjust it so it didn’t come out very much and also wasn’t very cool. We ended up just opening the windows. The bathroom was clean, fairly basic but worked fine. Breakfast was really good and had a tasty selection of food and drinks. I would recommend the hotel we slept well, enjoyed the breakfast and found the location handy.

Good hotel for a short stay in Stockholm. Value for money, it this is reflected in the basic in-room facilities and small room/bathroom.

I was delay in an airport. Couldn't reach for confirmation of late arrival. The room was paid for. Got there a day late. Since I did not called to mention the late arrival. They had cancelled my reservation and rented my room to someone else. They at first didn't want to credit me and wanted to keep my money. Thanks to Expedia's personnel who's telephone help me to get a refund. But still I needed (in rush) a room. They rented me 2 nights at near the price of my previous rental. I fell like I was robbed. Then I had to relocate for the rest of my stay. What a robbery. When a room is paid for, I should be able to use it or not !!!

A superb property ... we'll connected to central Stockholm. The vibe in the area is excellent. I would stay here anyday. One tip: If you are claustrophobic just ensure your rooms are not in levels -1 and -2 as you will not have windows.

Great location

Very clean and quiet. Extremely comfortable beds! Plenty of room for our group of 3. Missing a few amenities like clock and coffee pot in the room. Needed a couple items like a tampon and bandaid, but was told I’d have to go to the store down the street. I later found those items for sale right at the front desk… and no complimentary coffee or water. That being said one of the front desk workers was very helpful with coffee shop and dinner location suggestions. This hotel is close to the metra and only a 10-15 minute walk to Gamla Stan.
