The Hotel is located in the heart of the city. The room is self contained studio where you have cooking facilities especially with current situation where all bars and restaurants were providing only takeaway service. The receptionists and service personnel were always welcoming happy to help.

Great hotel in a great location in Nyon. Quiet, comfortable and air conditioned. Housekeeping needs improving. Room was not serviced the first day and just the bed made the second day with a dirty cloth left in the room. This was different to what was promised on the card in the room. Apart from that I can thoroughly recommend

Very nice hotel near the station. Some problems with the cleaning ladies who left a dirty wet cloth on the table and forgot to switch on the dishwasher and didn’t take the rubbish out but otherwise clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

I had cancelled this reservation back on April 1 due to a change of plans. 5 mths away from my trip. When I had reserved it, I had paid in full. When I asked if I could be reimbursed, they said only 50%. I thought they could be a little more flexible considering it was 5 months away. Just be cautious when you reserve with this property and be sure you will be staying for the trip. They were quick to response, and should have removed this reservation from Expedia. Thanks

A stone’s throw from the train station thus convenient for the business traveler, especially if coming from the Geneva airport. The rooms are little apartments with all your basic amenities if staying for a period of time - kitchen is stocked with utensils, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. I love the design. The linens are comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

We loved this hotel! Apartment living on a lively street within walking distance to all the historical and lakefront attractions. Great rooftop bar with views. It had a wonderful kitchen and is a block from a local market. The staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

There was a fire at night and we were asked out of bed for almost an hour. And these guys didn't even apologize. Ideally in many places they would have offered me a free night without asking. The apartment is good but the service is crap. This is not a hotel more like an apartment so travel only if you have plans to cook or travelling with family t save some bucks.
