Love this hostel. Staff is amazing and location is pretty cool. Lots of different room options and prices are good. I’d recommend this one if you are in the area.

Decent stay, decent room. A bit loud at night and can definitely hear others on the property but you get what you pay for I guess. Wifi was not the greatest but it was conveniently located near a bus stop which was appreciated. The staff member that checked us in was not super friendly or nice but maybe she was having a bad day. A bit over priced but location was good so I guess it balances out :)

A well equipped hostel with required facilities and amenities. There was a kitchen and dining area for all guests with complete sets of kitchenware. Worth the money paid and it was clean more than expected. Thank you.

Nice for price. Free bus tickets maybe it is for all tourist staying Lucerne. Asked for Non smoking room but put us smoke smelly room. Sharing restroom and shower need to be cleaned regular basis. But okay to use. Quite place and good to have supermarket nearby

My friends and I stayed in a 4 bedroom hostel, it was spacious and the lockers were a good size. They included a free transportation card in our stay and the staff were helpful and very friendly. The only downside was that the mattresses were hard and bunk beds creaked. Oh and my friend was really looking forward to the fried rice for breakfast, but they only serve it if they get a lot of Asian tourists.
