Capsule Hotel - Zurich Airport

I love staying at this capsule , so clean and quiet.

Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. Would definitely come again.

Hotel is clean. A little hike through the airport and challenging to get to. My low rating is due to the lack of sound proofing in the capsules. They are made of wood so any noise - opening and closing the door…travels to the other capsules. Also, no ability to adjust the temp - mine was a little warm for what I’m used to. Don’t get a very good night of sleep.

Good stay

A minimalists version of minimalism. Far less privacy and fewer amenities / comfort than I had expected. Entirely my fault for not researching more to understand the product / experience. Still does not cancel out some of the overall issues. It's a slim step up from a hostel. Safer in that you have your own bed that you can lock your things in, however, there were multiple other frustrations. 1. While getting to the airport hotel was quite easy, getting into the dormitory of beds was frustrating. It took several tried to figure out how the door lock (press the digital numbers on the round key pad that was not intuitively responsive). 2. I was given a clean towel and bed space, but no fan or air conditioning adjustment that could allow me to cool my space anymore so than anyone else. I run hot and definitely had difficulty sleeping as a result. 3. Several neighbors were quite noisy / had no respect for the fact that other people might be sleeping. We are given some disposable ear plugs.. but slamming the doors on the bed is something you feel as well as hear. 4. The showers / bathroom areas are dormitory style and barely give you the space you need to be able to properly clean and not get all your clothes wet while trying to pamper yourself. When I got to the bathrom in the morning there were no clean floor mats to put down. Everybody else in the hotel had already gone through it. So that was that. Not for me unless it is my only option.

A place to sleep and clean up for a longer layover at a reasonable price. Found that the people were noisy when in the capsule area. Shouldn't be conversation and slamming of doors there. Not a place that should allow children in my view. If you only have 4 or 5 hrs to sleep those issues become a problem.

You had to climb a ladder to get to bed, not for people with falling risks.

The location is great. The bed is comfortable but capsule is small.The common bathroom is clean, soap and hand cream. The friendly host service and clean environment . But The price around 120 CHF/night for a capsule's bed, is definitely high.

Staff was great. Location was really good too. They kept it clean. Never had any issues. Would recommend and stay there again if wanting to be close to the airport.

Excellent stay for one night while connecting from Dubai to London. Very clean, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, lots of showers, towels & toiletries provided. Lovely shared common space with small bar, snack foods available (although I didn't try either). Great proximity to the terminal building for an early flight. There is a food court in the terminal, 5 mins from the hotel with food available until 11pm. Friendly reception staff, easy check in & out. Nothing bad to say, a great concept. 5** & would definitely recommend and stay here again on a layover.

Clean and quiet.

This is right by Zurich Airport and was great for the short stopover I needed before catching my connection. It is clean, safe, and well mantained. My only negatives are that I would like to have somewhere secure in the bunk room for small bags/shoes (like a lockable hatch under the bunks rather than the open spaces). It would also be nice to be able to get more ventilation as the pods get quite warm and the supplied ventilation is not completely sufficient - for instance install a user operated fan. Otherwise, perfect for a short stopover.

Cheap place to stay at the airport. Deluxe hostel version. Easy check in / out. Secure units. It is by no means a hotel, but good when you want to pay a cheap price for a few hours of sleep.

Easy check in process and everything worked great. Very convenient place for longer layovers in Zürich. And even though it is contactless check in there is staff for questions.

Bare Basic...just simple, but all you need

Very clean and very convenient for a long layover. I was skeptical at first but it was one of the best night sleep I had ever had. Was next to the train so very easy to ride into town and back. I think all International Airports should have these. It was very safe and very clean.
