Eiger Lodge Chic

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even extended it by one day! Loved their breakfast , dining area, and the ability to use washer dryer. Rooms were comfortable and clean with breathtaking spectacular views. Best thing was accessibility to terminal for bus, train and gondola rides!

Lovely accomodation and staff! Breakfast was good. Bus's free with your stay so made getting around very easy and convenient. We also really enjoyed the Eiger Grill.

The staff were great! The location is ideal, within a short walking distance from the rail station and the cable car up the Jungfraujoch which was spectacular. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room.

Room was bland . Was like a building site, lots of work going on. No view from the window. Not too bad location.

Everything was excellent, an awesome place to stay, close to free public transport, the view from the room, just WOW. A free gift on arrival discount vouchers, a comfortable bed and fantastic staff. I can't fault our stay.

I was really impressed with this stay. The breakfast was outstanding, the room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for getting around. Overall, a great experience and I would happily come back!

We loved our stay! Great location and the breakfast was a good way to start the day! But most of all we loved Peppa, the hotel cat! Such a cutie pie and so friendly!

Eiger Lodge Chic has clean, spacious, modern, comfortable rooms and overall has a nice, fun, attractive ski lodge feel. It is located within a 2 minute walk to both: (1) Grindelwald Terminal train station, which is connected to the Gondola to Mannlichen and excellent upper hiking areas, and (2) Grindelwald Grund station, which serves the scenic cog railway to Kleine Scheidegg - for more hiking and access to Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. For us, the perfect location. Also, very easy bus ride into main Grindelwald town up the hill with many restaurants (hotel provides free bus passes). Great views of mountains without mobs of tourists found in central Grindelwald. The Eiger grill restaurant had good food and atmosphere. Hotel had excellent breakfast. Check-in and check-out people were super friendly, efficient, and helpful. Perfect hotel for us. We would definitely return.

it is one of my favourite accommodation of my trip. the staff area so nice and it is next to the cable car station and could assets to the train station via the cable car station. I love the balcony with an amazing view of eiger mountain. there is a microwave at the breakfast area and it would be great to heat the food at the balcony of the room. the only thing I would suggest for improvement is installing a door at the bathroom. I would recommend to stay here instead of staying in the centre of Grindelwald.

We had a wonderful two nights here. We loved the bedding and our son loved the bulk bed. I love that the toilet and the shower room are separated and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. The location is just right next to Grindelwald Terminal station where there’s Coop, shops, restaurants, trains, gondola and bus. Taking the bus was free with a guest card. I’ll stay here again!

Beautiful place. The noise during the day with the construction was loud and at night was also loud, not sure why. The bar has good food but the only place we could find to eat. The room was very small and the lights were either on or off for the entire room.
