I had a truly memorable stay at Hotel Bristol in Zermatt. Upon arrival, the staff graciously upgraded our room to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and set the tone for a warm and thoughtful experience throughout. The suite was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with a private balcony offering a direct, unobstructed view of the majestic Matterhorn. Waking up to that iconic peak bathed in morning light was nothing short of magical. Breakfast was another highlight. The self-service cold-pressed juice station was exceptional—featuring beetroot, carrot, and fennel juices that were fresh, delicious, and genuinely health-conscious. It’s rare to find such quality and variety in a hotel breakfast, and I appreciated the effort to offer something nourishing and unique. The location is ideal—close to the train station and village center, yet quiet enough to enjoy the alpine serenity. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Recently stayed at Hotel Bristol in Zermatt, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with reservations or local advice. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room with a stunning view of the mountains. Waking up to the sight of the majestic mountain was truly breathtaking. The room itself was well-appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. It had all the modern amenities we needed, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The hotel's location is also a big plus, being conveniently situated close to both the town center and ski lifts. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lobby area and indulging in delicious dishes at the hotel restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bristol to anyone visiting Zermatt. Hotel with beautiful Matterhorn view, it is just directly in front of the room balcony. Hotel service is good and staff is friendly, always offering help. Location is excellent. Pick up and drop off service is also provided. Highly recommended!!

Front desk staff were so kind and helpful! Spa was a bonus! Rooms were clean and quant. Location was top notch with a great view of the Matterhorn and easy walk to the gondola to get up to the Matterhorn. Very close walk to the main shopping strip, restaurants and bar area. Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. We would stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay with a great view of the Matterhorn. Comfortable bed bathroom, phone charging next to the bed. Little kettle for tea/coffee. Very clean with helpful staff. I don’t think a better view of the Matterhorn.
