The room was nice. Small, like most European hotel rooms are, but very comfortable. I chose the hotel because it is very convenient to the train station. It is also in a good location for walking along the river. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel.

Centrally based to all transports and areas of interest, as well as shops and cafes/eateries. Room small but functional, bathroom could do with a 2nd rail to hang bath towel up. Breakfast was basic but good and kept stocked. Staff friendly and accommadating.

Good location, about 5 minute walk from central station and just around the corner from old town. Hotel is old but well maintained. However, since the hotel is right by the light rail and a congested pedestrian area it is very loud and noisy if your hotel room faces the street. There was no air conditioning in our room so it was a little stuffy and we had to open the windows and again it was very loud so if you are a light sleeper you will not like this hotel.

A very unexciting hotel. I was expecting more for the almost $200 price, but that's Switzerland. Fast food is over $20. T shirts $30-40. The room was tiny, hard to put away my things. The outlet had a rim around it, so I could not insert my European adapter, but the hotel loaned me one. No refrigerator or safe that I could see. So very spare, but location was great, right in Old Town and a short walk to the train station. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs to reception. Found out later if you walk a good distance around the block you can find a less challenging entrance, but with multiple bags I chose the main entrance and got help going down the stairs when I left. Serviceable but nothing more. They did have CNN. though.

Not very good five nights we had. Cleanliness is terrible from flooring, wall around. Coffee for guests at lobby is instance coffee. Not recommend to anyone.
