An excellent hotel! They called us in advance to offer a complimentary pickup from the train station and they arranged a drop off too! The staff are super friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for a one night stay to be on the Glacier Express in the morning. The breakfast is remarkable! Will definitely come back to stay there again!

We love this hotel so so much! The staff are super nice and helpful. We had issues with our snowboard gears that we had to ship from the US and they were so responsive to all my emails and were very helpful. We are so grateful to them especially Iliana and Sarah. They truly provide the best service. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old but I wouldn’t say outdated at all. It has character. We wouldn't have it any other way. We had the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony which was awesome! The location is within walking distance to everything. The breakfast, especially the salmon benedicts that we ate for 4 days straight, were so good. We loved the friendly staff and service during breakfast as well. We loved the access to the pool and spa of the sister hotel as well. So highly recommend this hotel and will go back.

We actualy were move over to Mont Cervin Palace (Sister property). Wonderful experience. Staff exceptional in every way. Helpfull and friendly. Property: wonderful. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Pool was very nice. We were primarily hiking in the area so it was nice to have a pool available at the end of a long day in the mountains. Location: centre of the town. Everything is walkable. Loads of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes. I recommend and would stay here again.
