This is an excellent hotel, especially if it’s your first time in Zurich. It is centrally located, but still quiet at night. Rooms are meticulously clean - I saw the cleaning woman on her hands and knees cleaning underneath the bed in another room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Water pressure from the shower is solid and the bed was comfortable. I would happily stay here again..

Great location. Not sure if everywhere in Switzerland is like this; This is the only place we stayed. We were only there for two days. But we didn’t like that we couldn’t control the room temperature from the room. I really like the in room coffee maker.

Very good location, about a 12 minute walk to the Zurich train station, My room was small but very nicely furnished. It had electrical outlets for US, UK and other countries in addition to Europe. There was a shelf in the shower that was loose, and I mentioned it to the staff but it didn't get fixed while i was there.

Was a great experience. Clean, the staff was so nice, breakfast was great. Nice location.

This s terrific location near the old town, River and churches.

Clean rooms, ease of close transportation, and lots of shopping right there.

The location was good walkşng distance to many things. There was no ac, and thats why we couldnt sleep very well. They had dyson ventilator in the rrom but didnt make much difference. It was ok overall

Excellent location. Nicely designed. Rooms are very modern, clean and well set up. Emad and Jemina at the front desk are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel should be 4+ star rating. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

It was a great location with a wonderful staff and marvelous breakfast

The location of the hotel is great and very convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. My room remained around 80°F (27°C) throughout the day and never became comfortable, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I also was surprised that there were no self-service ironing or steaming facilities available, and guests had to pay for pressing services instead. I also found the staff to be rather cold and not especially welcoming or accommodating. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, I was only directed to an Italian restaurant affiliated with the hotel. After requesting additional suggestions, they were unwilling to offer any other options, which was disappointing given that there are many great restaurants in the area. Because of these issues, I ended up leaving earlier than planned and chose to eat at the airport instead. While the location is a definite advantage, the lack of comfort, limited guest amenities, and indifferent service made this stay fall well below my expectations.

Fantastic staff, conveniently located in quite a central position. Roughly 7 min walk to the train station. Nestled amongst amazing neighborhoods filled with endless views, foods and drinks. Never had a single issue with anything here. We truly enjoyed hearing the church bells ringing through the day.

Hotel Scheuble is a delightful upgraded property near the river, about 3 blocks from the train station. Checkin staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is European buffet with meats, cheeses, etc (no eggs, sausages, toast) for an additional 24 Euros. The hotel partners with the Osteria Borgo restaurant a block away, delicious food and friendly wait staff.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The lack of a/c in the heat wasn't great. And no iron means that this isn't the best option for business travellers.
