My wife and me stayed here to see one of the Women's Euro games. I have stayed in a lot of European hotels, and i have never felt so welcome. The lady that checked us in at the front desk was cordial and helpful and I felt like she went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is clean, and simple, but great. The location is central and convenient to walk to the train station and all the city sights. We also had the breakfast buffet, which was very very good. I want to go back to Sion one day and I would not hesitate to stay here and definitely will not hesitate to give me my wholehearted recommendation to anyone going to Sion.

Very central and convenient, private parking. Stnoesthrow from old town. Simple but clean. Friendly staff. Did not try breakfast but saw many people having breakfast and drinks at the hotel bar. The view from the balconies is spectacular over Sion, the valley, and snow clad peaks in the distance.

For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows.
Towels were threadbare, and (like many European hotels) very difficult to get our bags to the hotel. It's not right on a street. There's parking in the back if you've prearranged-- see website- but even if you haven't, that's the best way to get your bags out.
Far more charming town than we had anticipated.

Smaller three-star hotel located conveniently in the city of Sion, a 5-minute walk away from the train station. Due to Covid restrictions in Switzerland, service was a bit more limited. For instance breakfast consisted of pre-packaged sandwiches, a hard-boiled egg, joghurt, etc. Room must have been refurbished in recent years. It was very clean. Room was a bit small, but that is OK given the inexpensive price.

Warm welcome on arrival. Delicious lunch in the restaurant. Very helpful staff. Great situation although noisy roadworks at present turning the street into a pedestrian zone which will be wonderful when it finished later this year. Sion old town well within walking distance, so we parked the car in the hotel car park (you must reserve a place) and walked everywhere except the airport restaurant where we took taxis. Great shopping too. We will definitely stay here again.

Room has no aircondition, but two fans. Though the room was hard to vent, and it was imposssible to lower the temperature..
