This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were close to the airport and the hotel added great extra touches. We were provided a public transport pass for the duration of our stay and this made commuting into Geneva extremely easy. The restaurant food was excellent and reasonable by Geneva standards. The entire precinct is relatively new and everything was still fresh. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle was also very useful.

I had an excellent stay at the IntercityHotel Geneva. The hotel was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was consistently professional. My room was well-appointed and quiet, perfect for both rest and work. I particularly appreciated the convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Overall, a very good experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!! I stayed at this hotel twice in 1 week when flying in and out of GVA and thought the hotel was lovely until I had 300 Euros stolen out of my wallet by the hotel staff while storing my luggage in the luggage storage area off of the lobby. 300! When dropping our bags off, staff gave us tickets to retrieve our luggage when it was time to check-in. When coming to pick up our luggage, tickets were not even looked at and they told us to just grab our bags - against policy! 300 Euros were stolen from my wallet, most likely by a staff member as they were the only ones who saw me put my purse in my bag. Now the hotel refuses to talk to me on the phone and has not answered any of my emails in weeks. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do not stay here or use their luggage storage room!!!

It was almost a perfect stay. There was a slight plumbing issue which led to the toilet giving off an unpleasant smell, but i didnt make a fuss. They probably would have given me a different room if i did, because the customer service was perfect.

Very clean and modern! Staff are very nice and good transport links right nearby. Only issue we had was we requested housekeeping and it didn’t happen, so we had to request it again the next day which they did for us.

Arrived late at night and discovered the big TV was missing from it's place, thought very strange. Then realised after stepping on some glass that a glass picture frame had fallen (must have been to hide the tv) and was broken on the floor. No TV remote for the other TV. Was promised an ironing board in the morning and then told in the morning i had to get it for myself and there was no time.
Not one word of sorry besides offering that i change rooms - which would involve unpacking etc and not convenient at midnight.
Bar attendant said there was no food. Then i said the desk had said until 1am and he grudgingly got a different menu and i paid 24 franks for a can of pasta.
Worst stay ever.

Service was between cool to cold. Firstly , front desk service was just on par. No smile when greeting guests= no passion in their works. Other then front desk, room cleanliness and location is above good. Do take note that you need to remind front desk to have your room clean else they will not do it.

The location of the hotel is amazing even though it is not in the city centre. Close to tram station.
The temperature of the room is a real issue. It was impossible to get it right. Leaving the window open helped but then it got too cold.
