Great staff!

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area and is next door to a service station. Has an outdoor eating area but it overlooks a building site. Some parking at the front of the hotel but told that it’s not owned by the Moxy so had to use the underground car park (CHF12 per night).

Near the motorway exit, quiet area but far from the center.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time in a week, and I must say that the experience did not meet my expectations, especially given the recurrence of certain issues. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the state of the hotel’s exterior. The trash bins were overflowing, and cigarette butts littered the ground, which gives a very negative first impression. This lack of exterior maintenance is not reflective of a respectable establishment. As for the reception service, it also leaves much to be desired. The receptionist, busy with a personal phone conversation, ignored my presence. She continued chatting while saying she had to hang up to handle a check-in. It’s disconcerting to see such a lack of professionalism and hospitality. It raises the question: is there a manager at this hotel? However, there is a silver lining to this establishment. The housekeeping staff stands out for their professionalism and efficiency. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was always smiling, contributing to a more pleasant stay. In summary, this hotel needs a serious reevaluation of its customer service and exterior maintenance. While the cleanliness of the rooms is a positive point, the overall experience is marred by unfriendly staff and poor hygiene conditions outside. I’m not sure if I would return for a third stay unless significant changes are made.

Easy spot to rest for a night or two if traveling to Crans or surrounding areas. Room was clean and efficient. Not my favorite style of hotel, but that’s a personal preference. Beds were a bit too hard for our liking as were the pillows. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was good.

Sion is a small town. The hotel is about 30 mins journey from old town area. Modern designed hotel.

Simple hotel, small room, but comfortable beds and good quality cosmetic. Little bit chaotic breakfast. Cheese platter was in 2 different places. One coffee machine had good coffee, another one had bad one.

Stayed 1 night with family

Decent property but the rooms run at about 25-27C in summer - making it impossible to sleep and uncomfortable-no air circulation and windows only crack open about 3cm. (1 inch) Beds are not comfortable - but it’s the hot stagnent air in the room that makes this property unbearably hot. No air conditioning.

Modern and chic hotel. Thought of everything. Really welcoming environment.

Very good! Excellent hotel, unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night.

Great location, cool, hip hotel. Staff was very nice. The only issue we had was the lack of fans in the room and air conditioning that only goes down by 4 degrees. Hotel staff said it's a Swiss environmental thing. We could hardly sleep at 30 Celsius. Opening the windows would not have made a difference. No airflow. Would have been nice to have ceiling fans.

Perfect hotel for a stopover. Located on the outskirts of Sion, convenient for motorway. Brand new, clean and comfortable. Suitable for short stays only as rooms don't have wardrobes. Breakfast selection could be better.

Beautiful modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Little encouraging messages all over the hotel. A good selection of hot and cold items for breakfast. Quirky decor; strip lights made from skis. If you have to get up at night, a light comes on under the bed and lights up the floor so you can see where you are going. Cool! Lovely, fluffy bath towels. I will certainly come here again.
