Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. The water also randomly and repeatedly went from scalding hot to cold during my showers which was fun. Other than that, its a no frills hotel but clean (aside from the construction) and in a good location (right across from the train station). I chose this place because of its location and the gym which is actually offsite but thats not a big deal. I might give it a try again and hope its better next time.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful and nice.
Room is clean, bed is super comfortable and they have a variety of pillows for you to choose from. In the other hand, room feels a bit old and the shower is not great.
Breakfast was disappointing, few options available but once again, the staff service was great.
Parking is in a dedicated floor of a public parking, not bad but not great as it was raining and was a tiny bit inconvenient.
Overall, great hotel with few improvements, would definitely stay there again.

Was surprised that the receptionist finished at 8pm, and that they called me a few days prior to my stay to see what time I intended to check-in. In general they staff were friendly, supportive and the stay was pleasant enough. I don't like rooms that require you to climb in/out of a bath to shower, this would be my only real disappointment with the facilities.

The property was ideally located close to shops, restaurants and opposite the train station. The rooms were air conditioned and sound proofed. The dinners in the Asian restaurant were outstanding, and the breakfasts were good. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Real nice hotel in front of the trains station. I came here for the Zurich Marathon swim which had a 6am registration andy they organized a breakfast at 5:30am for the swimmers. Real kind and attentive staff. Will definitely be back if I am coming back to that event!

Short walking distance to Train Sation was great. Breakfast was excellent and with convenient hours. Restaurant (excellent Chinese food) is widely known and gets many external diners, expensive so would have appreciated a discount coupon for being a hotel guest.
