Our three‑generation getaway to Art Spa Hotel—my parents, my wife and I, and our two young sons—proved to be a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable escape. The resort’s facilities are its greatest strength: multiple pools and hot‑spring baths, a spacious Jacuzzi, and a spiral water slide that turned out to be just as entertaining for adults as it was for the kids. After long hours splashing around, we sank gratefully into spotless rooms with large, comfortable king‑size beds. The accommodations, though clean and well kept, did have a few quirks. Space felt tight once all our luggage was in, the glass‑walled bathroom offered little privacy, and the view from our window was limited to the rooftop rather than any scenery. Fortunately, we spent most of our waking hours outdoors enjoying the hotel’s amenities, so these drawbacks never came close to eclipsing our fun. Breakfast followed the same pattern: it wasn’t a lavish continental spread, but it delivered a satisfying range of local dishes along with a handful of Western staples. Anyone accustomed to European‑style morning fare might find it modest, yet we left the dining room content and ready for another day in the pools. All told, Art Spa Hotel struck an excellent balance for a family holiday. The minor inconveniences of the rooms paled beside the sheer variety of water attractions and the overall cleanliness of the property. The variety of massage method available with the hot spring was really nice and interesting. Wasn't overly crowded. On our very last night, majority of the different temperature pool closed at 9:30pm instead of 10:30pm.

This hotel is old and has several issues. Upon my arrival, they designated a room in floor 7 to me. There were mold odor and extreme moisture in the corridor and the room. I have noticed black mold in my room and went back to the front desk and asked for changing my room. The staff were nice and changed my room to 5th floor. I think they spray the floor/room with Fabrize to cover the mold odor. It didn't smell as moldy but I can feel it. Maybe less mold and moisture here. I am allergic to mold; Both my friend and I were coughing in the morning. This was one of my worst experience with Hotels.com; I think they assign their worst rooms to Hotels.com; I am not sure if I want to continue using Hotels.com.

Was a amazing experience. Was amazing for kids and adults. Location was good with many eateries around. Hotel’s hot spring was just awesome.

Spa facility was good. Staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet spread has a large variety. Good location near the train station. However the corridor of the hotel has a strange smell sometimes.

Their room carpet has stain and not so clean. If you want a clean hotel room, this might not be the one but they have the most awesome hot spring pools and facilities. Hotel is conveniently locate on a busy street. It is a walking distance to fish foot massage garden.

A relaxing overnight stay that made me wish to stay longer. I plan to come back and enjoy the hot springs!

The hotel hot spring park was fun and definitely worth a one night stay. Location is great. The Japanese style room was comfortable and I will personally say more worth it than a standard western room.

Hot spring that caters from old to young and even a indoor one if you prefer some privacy

Loved the hot springs facilities with a tropical ambiance! What a treat! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection. Bed was very comfy. Would love to stay here again!

Spacious room except the interior is old. The hotel has lots of different both indoor and outdoor hotspring pool.

Nice hotel with hot spring and water park. But the room is not clean enough, hair found on pillow case and fruit knife and fork are sticky. Room is spacious though.

Room was very small and carpet was dirty

Originally booked a room with double bed. We got there earlier and the reception gave us a room with twin beds at no extra cost. The room was roomy and even have another adjacent place perhaps for child bed. The room was nice with a private hot spring spa bath. However the layout of toilet & bathroom are in separate corners of the room. Very trouble to close the glass doors & pull down the blinds in them. We asked to try another room with dual springs and the reception was nice and we managed to stay in another smaller room with dual springs the next day at no extra cost. The smaller room had no door to separate the bathroom & bedroom, would have liked some curtains or door in between. Breakfast spread was ok and the hotel environment was nice.
